Harris should have been called for two reaching fouls and you technically could have called Milsap for a foul on the contact on LeVert's shot attempt at the end, dude ended up on the floor.

It is what it is. Ball don't lie

I can live with them not calling reaches on a final possession. Allowing a jump shooter to land is a point of emphasis. That should've absolutely been a foul on Milsap.

Brooklyn doesn't get respect from the refs I say curse them out more it's not like they benefit by being so nice to them. The coach could have a technical every other game due to textbook calls; like when the guy stepped out of bounds and passed it to the three point line and they didn't call him out of bounds; not being made. They disrespect the players when they argue they deserve to get a brick upside their head for that.

Whatever its fixed.

I agree that refs should have called that and-1, but we can't really complain about them seeing as they basically kept us in the game by calling the game tight and sending us to the line for "movement impedement" calls

Unless im missing one, levert is now 2-3 with game winning/last shot attemps, with the one he missed the first game of the year were he didnt even really get a shot off. He has the confidence and the coaches are confident in him and he has delivered so far. Love the aggressiveness he is playing with. He is also consistently getting to the FT line which is really encouraging since that was something that last year despite alot of drives he didnt do.

I would like to see him start looking for allen more again. those two seemed to have great chemistry but the last 6 or 7 games Levert has really forced it alot more once he gets in the paint... his assists are down and his FG% is down.

First 8 games: 5.7 assists per game

Last 5 games: 1.8 assists per game (2,2, 1, 5, 0)

Been more then a handful of times in that stretch forcing it when allen was alone on a roll or corner 3 was open. Teams are going to start adjusting to leverts drives, for him to take that next step he needs to adjust as well. If he starts being more balanced on those drives he will be really really tough to stop. especially if he keeps that 3 point shot in the 33%+ range its at right now

I half kid, but could you imagine Kawhi & LeVert locking down the wing positions for the next 7 years?

DLo-LeVert-Kawhi-T.Harris/Porter-Allen
Dinwiddie-Musa-J.Harris-Kurucs-Davis(Room MLE again if willing)
Napier-Draft Picks

There would be enough cap space to accomplish that if we move Crabbe.

id rather keep crabbe and not have tobias harris.

They're saying his knee is OK and he expects to play in the next game, I hope so.

your heart drops... especially with him cause he is like such a hard worker and the epitome of what the markinson nets are (low picks who work hard to realize their potential and keep working). its like Lin last year only worse cause he was a guy we drafted and part of our young core.

I hope he gets back to full strength and mentally there are no hurdles

Thought for sure it looked like another PG13/Hayward injury. Glad to hear he's going to be alright and expected to return this year.

The injury is much less severe than expected. The doctors say no surgery is needed.

Team orthopedist Dr. Martin O'Malley: “Fortunately, tests performed this morning revealed that there are no fractures and only moderate ligament damage. While the optics of this injury may have appeared to be more severe, surgery will not be required."

O'Malley: "Caris will begin a period of rehabilitation with the Nets’ performance staff, following which he is expected to return to full strength and resume all basketball activities without any limitations this season.”
