I think his 3pt troubles come more from not being able to get his feet set quickly + not getting the ball in his shot pocket quickly. When his feet are set and he has a lot of time, I think he's fine. Whenever he has to rush, it feels like he bobbles it or something.

Durant's not a shooting coach but any advice you get from a great shooter like him is worth listening to. He saw LeVert shoot a ton up close when they worked out together too.

Caris has such a quick release its hard to really see where the issue is unless you are breaking it down slo-mo. I don't think he has a consistent follow-through (almost seems like he's pushing the ball at times) though, and I think that is the bigger issue from watching it from a far. I'm sure Harrington has worked with him extensively on it though

We went from one of the worst days in modern Nets history to one of the best days in less than 24 hours.....I am seriously elated.

It brought back memories of Nenad Kristic and Jason Williams....I thought Caris was done.

Just what I was going to say, like zero follow through, he just kind of snap heaves it.

I always thought E was on his 50s back in the mid 2000s. He was Yoda of the Nets forum posters. I was like 15 at the time trying to talk like i knew what I was talking about  . However atleast at that time I was still learning a lot from the posters around here.

LeVert is so positive it makes me feel bad about myself. Easy to see why he's the heart and soul of the team.

Well, to be fair he has dealt with worse life issues than this. This is just a bump in the road for him and I'm sure the good news that it looked worse than it was helps a lot.

LeVert said that the injury felt like he SPRAINED HIS ANKLE.

WTF :eek1: I've had a few sprains and while that **** hurts like hell I don't even think it can compare to your foot being turned completely to the direction of 9 o clock. :o

I mean his foot literally looked like it came OFF and he was like "ah, i thought at first i sprained it pretty bad".

I don't like to really bring spirituality into sports but this kid had something looking out for him that night. holy crap.

he's going to get healed up and i believe he'll get even better.

Tbh, this is what mine felt like as well. It was that horrible ripping in half feeling like a really severe high ankle sprain instantly followed by a hollow pop as far as I remember. Then I looked down in shock. It swoll up so quick it was instantly tight and throbbing.
