Injuries aside, I didn't like the Boone selection among the other qualified candidates then and now, another thrashing? Idk... I can only, from outside perspective, imagine what kind of control or free feeling he has in the clubhouse.

As much as Giradi got ish on(I too was not a fan of his micro-managing) he got his players prepared to play and showed up. Boone doesn't have that benefit of the doubt for me.

That being said...it's April. plenty of time to get things in order.

I didn't like Girardi getting fired either, especially after managing a team that no one thought would even get into the playoffs, let alone a game from the World Series.

It's April though. A lot of players are still underperforming, particularly Stanton, Sanchez, and the bullpen. Hopefully things start clicking soon.

Razza in Jersey City has been getting a lot of recognition lately. Haven't tried it, haven't been really eating pizza at all lately for some reason either.

This one looks really good too. Trendy, upscale looking kind of place, but the pizza/food looks old school and rustic.

I haven't either, tragic.

Alfonso's right across the street from stage house tavern. Yeah their pizza is pretty decent but Italian Village to me is waaay better.

nah. i don't have any recs outside of that tbh. i'm looking to move right now, so i can free up my condo for rental income to add to my portfolio, so if my next landing spot has a good pizzeria i will spread the word.
