So we learned somethings. First shamet is garbage so far. TLC should play instead. DJ is frustrating.

I just don’t think they shot well tonight. Lost of missed open threes. Fluke of a game and still had the chance to win. Learn and move on

Feel like KD took the worst possible option on that possession. A real shame. Oh well, this is a learning lesson for the Nets and our fans tonight.

Its clear Allen didn't do it on purpose, he was talking to the ref and became unbalanced and had to step over the dude from falling. Rozier should of got the tech without question

I don’t care that Rozier came at him, but it’s not the refs’ place to start playing ethics cops. It’s a tech on Terry, you are not allowed to NFl spear tackle a player on the opposing team without consequence, it’s really that simple.

Losing Din for some time hurts me more than this game. We will have trash teams winning vs us. You could tell they played entitled bball without having any chemistry to back it up. Hopefully it ain't concern to worry about come later days of this season.

Pretty much the only reason I'm not pissed off with this loss. Along with the Clippers loss, it could have been a lot worse for us :lol:

Really sloppy game overall. Outside of KD, Kyrie, JA, and TLC - no one played well. At least we showed that we have fight as a team after going down 16. We easily could've won there at the end.

I think I'd be angry at nearly any player in the league taking that shot, but definitely not KD. Guy hits that so much I thought it was going in.

Hope the bench realizes that they can't be total garbage and expect KD and KAI to bail them out.

Shamet was 0-8 from 3 in a 2pt loss. Prince was garbage. LeVert subpar.

TLC made strong claim to get mins. Hope he gets rewarded next game. MYbe mins for Brown/TJ too.

Gave me PTSD vibes of the Nets-Magic game in 2013 after we beat the Big 3 Heat with Pierce/KG/Deron/Joe/Lopez in the home opener. We lost at Cleveland in the season opener, beat Miami on ESPN Friday, blown out at Orlando the next game.

I’m concerned with our effort against the Hawks series coming this week.

Agreed, but at the same time he dribbled himself into a tougher look and could have passed it to a wide open Kyrie. Only one out of 72 though, the only thing to stress here is Dinwiddie.

If Din has to stay out for a few games I would think that Brown and TJ would get some minutes. Its going to be tough to replace him in the starting line up though. You could go with LeVert since he'll give you that tertiary ball handler, but seeing how the bench performed tonight its a scary thought to take Levert out of that unit. I might be crazy, but maybe TLC would be the option to replace Din in the starting line up.
