Guys, this logo is actually in a yet to be revealed (coming on April 30th!) new technology. That 'B' over the ball is actually in 3D, even in non-3D screens.

It's a shite logo that I could've made when I was 5.

It needs to be modern & eye catching to get people's imagination going.

It needs to be a brand that people recognise instantly, the obvious thing would be playing on Brooklyn, rather than Nets.

I think it's a bit of viral promotion. There's no way that someone would leak it before the grand unveil.

Id say anyone that's seen the logo would've had confidentiality agreement to legally bind them from giving any sneek peaks or they do jail time.

If it is a deliberate leak then it's brilliant because it's getting people to talk about the Nets & Brooklyn.

Then hopefully wham, Monday comes and it's not the logo at all.

thank god u guys hate it to. The guys on Netsdaily seem to LOVE IT. idk why, this was absolutely terrible to me. Jay Z could not have been this plain, this has to be a joke.

I don't mind this leaked one to be honest... I'd much prefer a simple and smooth logo to a gargantuan eye-popping cartoonish piece of **** that will go out of date in a few years.

IDK man, this seems just like something that will be outdated from day one and primed for a redesign within a decade, probably long after it should have been.

It's not necessarily disgusting, it's just bleck and bland.

I wouldn't even have minded a plain logo either, but this is just lazy and uninspired.

It's like they looked at the current logo and said, "How can we make this similar but incredibly more boring and bland? I want something like the one we have now, but I want people to say, hey this needs salt or some sort of condiment!"

I'll wait until Monday before going on a rant, but I'm not feeling the new logo or color. The logo looks like something from the 60's and the black and white might confirm it. Makes me speculate that VC4P homie Nets Income made it since he's from that Era :lol:

Lol, i like it. i prefer it a lot more over the leaked one BUT at the same time i dont like it enough for it to be the real logo.
