Defense has been a problem all year and maybe we're going to regress or start to wear down. Kyrie is a much better defender than anyone else we can throw at guard. If we can somewhat keep them in check, I think we have a chance.
I'm sure the league got A LOT of film from the Nets on how KD was being 'defended' last game. I suspect the refs will actually do their job and they'll be forced to play actual basketball and not prisonball.
Harden being upgraded to doubtful is a good sign. The fact that he was straight up OUT yesterday made me think it was impossible he'd play in G6. I still think his return is unlikely but stars have a lot of power on this team. If he pushes to play, I wouldn't be surprised if he plays.
I disagree...
The bucks scored 86 points in game 2 on awful shooting
the bucks scored 86 points in game 3 on awful shooting
The bucks scored 107 points in game 4 on subpar shooting (43/34/65)
if we cant score 110 points.... or even 88 points, we cant expect to win. holding them under 85 points is not realistic. if we hold them to 105, thats a great effort. considering how good they are offensively (5th in the NBA).
Our offense the past 2 games has been abysmal. failed to score 100 both games. without Kyrie/Harden its an even larger challenge. Defense has been great. they hit more shots game 4, but still held them below what they typically get.
We need to score 110+, if we cant, we will lose.
