I’m liking this aggressive Ben Simmons

Patty is a vet , more stability but he doesn’t create much ball movement and penetration which Sumner does a lot in short samples

True but Patty is the better shooter and consistent scorer. Either way both guys are flawed.

Clear foul on KD and technical/ 2 points swap just for a simple ref mistake ( if he missed this they would’ve call a foul ) that’s how flawed nba refs are

Nets have adjusted and haven’t allowed Adams to dominate inside. Bad news they can’t hit anything on the perimeter

Note as good Ben have been ok offense, last two possessions he barely run back on defense, we were playing 4 on 5 both possessions, conditioning or laziness?

Don't like the 3 point defense, they get lazy; Simmons progress is getting better. Love it, let's imrpove our D second half please.

Good to see Ben moving so much better. I would've hoped he tried shooting that top of the key 3 when he was wide open, but I guess he's not ready for it atm.

On the other hand, we're not defending the 3 well and are being spanked by their shooters.

Without Ja, Bane & JJ, there's absolute no reason for us to lose this game...

While Kyrie has struggled with his shot, I like that he's played within the offense so far. Ball movement has remained the same as when he was out.

That “foul” call on Ben was egregious

Nothing looks smooth. The body language is poor. I know these G-Leaguers and deep bench guys are physical, but that can't be the sole source of frustration. We're falling back into forcing the ball to KD or Kyrie in isolation.

Also, Kyrie showing the same bad defensive habits that he's always criticized for.
