Were such a frustrating team to watch since this team actually kind of works, we can switch we can shoot and we play pretty hard, It's all good other than the fact we are crying out for an actual star if we want to make actual noise in the playoffs. However to get this star player we'd need to gut our team which takes us back to square 1...

Also please banish Dinwiddie iso-ball. He's got tunnel vision worse than Cam when he gets into that mode.

We don't have to gut our team, we can just sign one in FA like we done before. Don't worry Jaylen brown or Tatum is coming here when they're free

Papi_swav wrote:Wow what a great incredible win. Everybody contributed except for Noel, he's toast we should clip him and just use Sharpe at this point, Noel can't even finish a lob pass. Dinwiddie becoming more of a passer but still need to relax with those step back 3s. Bridges has established that he's that guy, Claxton too. DFS finally knocking his shots down and Joe Harris too. I really love O'neale, dude is just a winner and makes the right clutch winning plays, I hope we can keep him.

It's soooo fun rooting for this team, it's alot more enjoyable then the Kyrie/KD days when you can just chill and enjoy the game without needing to really win because of championship aspirations. This is that Brooklyn grit we been hoping for.

Seth was big time too

Great win

Claxton deserves a shout as well. He did a yeoman's job tonight.

It is just staring to sink in now...we just beat a full strength top team in the west on the road.

caught the last 4 minutes. While I'd love to be able and sit back on a non-football Sunday afternoon, wife and 2 kids don't allow it with all the demands

GOOD WIN THO!!!

against the Nuggets?? Let's go baby. Mikal and Spencer showing up big time. These boys are probably gassed but showing they ain't going down easy to ANYONE.

hope I can catch the replay soon.

Claxton game just keeps growing. If he can keep it up he will have a long career in the NBA.

Not gonna happen

Brown was very vocal against Tsai in Kyries link fiasco

Tatum seems close to Kyrie too

Honestly I don’t see any free agent star signing with Brooklyn for very long time , Tsai isn’t popular owner and there is only handful stars in the league and they all know each other ( vacationing training together in off season)

Look at this from other standpoint, how often happens that star player requests a trade ? Not very often right ? I didn’t Checked any statistics but is probably 1 or less per season in entire NBA
We had 3 in a matter of few months

As a franchise we probably least desirable destination for any star free agent in NBA

I don't get this whole nobody is going to sign with the Nets angle. Players will sign where they can get paid. If the Nets paid Kyrie he'd still be here.

Bro what are you talking about.

LeBron signed with Dan Gilbert for **** sake.

You think Brown wouldn't sign here because of one disagreement over a Kyrie suspension?

It is not even close to relevant.

Nets are still easily a top tier free agent destination. NYC, rich owner, practice facility actually in NYC (unlike the Knicks).

Tsai gave KD/Kyrie everything they wanted. Players are not idiots. Theyre not going to blame the owner for Kyrie's antics.

Watch what hes already doing in Dallas.

Yes I think Brown would never sign with Tsai from his own free will

Yes Nets have prob top in the League training facility, fairly new arena ( either though it doesn’t look that nice from an Inside , player’s quarters , coaches quarters they looked like they been build in 70 s , parking garage is a nightmare, wait time for vehicles elevators is forever , and main turning ring can’t fit more than 6/7 vehicles at one time so basically impossible to drive your own vehicle to the game as a player or staff member and if you do is very limited space

Yes they not gonna blame Tsai for Kyrie antics for sure , but Tsai isn’t blameless himself

I don’t see it , you do and it’s fine , we find out in near future

Another thing with Brown is his dating this ig model Bernice from New York, she might be able to influence him to leave Boston and be closer to her. Its a possibility.

Lol Warm? You haven’t even sniffed the 2nd, 3rd or 4th seed all season long and still won’t, my man.

Congratulations on beating a terrible Lakers team without LeBron. I’ll be impressed when the Nuggets run the Knicks out of the Garden by next week per usual.

He’s dating Bernice Burgos!? Wow she gets passed around more than a basketball with Jokic handling. I see why he’s fallen off as a starter.

yea but stars want to play with other stars and Bridges is making a strong case that he can be that 2nd star on this team. Along with Claxton and others and a bunch of picks, our future looks very bright. This is the same reason how we got Kyrie and KD in the first place. A team full of very good young role players ( Allen, Levert, Dinwiddie, Joe Harris etc..) along with our own picks. Bring in Kyrie/KD and eventually trade for a 3rd star which ended up being Harden. We're on a perfect track right now that we have some really nice building core pieces in Bridges and Claxton. We will be back to where we was

Ok , but do you see Brown as a clear no1 even if he decides to come here ? He is great player but I hardly see him as no1
