Nash is never gonna stop sucking, the problem is, he is a good buddy with the GM and the owner.

Patty, Cam, Sharpe, Kess, Sharpe leave a lot to be desired.
A stretch big and another depth wing piece would be really nice.
Oh…like Myles Turner & Buddy Hield, who’ve seemingly been made available for trades since the beginning of the offseason?

There’s ALWAYS an excuse with Nash.
It’s absolutely sickening how much this guy gets away with.
When KD asked out, Nash said he didn’t worry because all families have fights lol.
Bro, this isn’t a family; this is NBA basketball. The security he has is mind boggling.
And the longer Nash stays, the more it incriminates Marks & Tsai. It’s sad but really annoying considering how great Marks was when we were a bad team with no picks. So far, it seems that Marks is elite with rebuilds but quite suspect with building contenders. He hasn’t done enough in each offseason since KD arrived.

The cost was supposedly 2 1sts...i don't think we could even do that based on the rules

I'm in the Dominican Republic so i didn't see any of this. But your comments make it clear that Nash is going to f*ck us yet again
Durant should have held his ground regarding Nash. Marks, no. But Nash? Definitely.

Maybe MDB is right and Marks should be on the hot seat.

Ben passed to a wide open shooter in that 2nd clip, which is what I want him to do, facilitate and create.
You think about Ben more his own ex fiancée does. Its gross.
Report this dude on sight yall. It looks like we'll be beefing with the Philly fanbase all season long. Rich and Nyce will mop these fools up.

Re: ***Official 2022-23 Training Camp/Preseason Thread***
I was more excited or pumped to see our 12-70 team play than I do with these guys... and the season hasn't even started.
I see lineups that make no sense to me, I see the same coach with the same system which is no system at all...
I'm literally seeing ZERO growth from the rookies/young guys... it feels like no one is giving a damn or trying to grow them as we did in the prior regime....
The fact that Ben at the 5 is a real chance is **** stupid to me, again, I don't **** see it holding up and being any way shape or form a positive for the team just to squeeze the most talented on the court at the same time.
The same weaknesses are still weaknesses.... bet your ass its the same beginning or playing KD 60 mins a gm when its literally capped at 48 mins. Predicting no cohesion or trust or any bond out there to play for each other, feels like its everyone gets their own.
It's preseason, yes, what can you tell right? well what I already see is that nothing new is imminent nor anything is going to change, so the script looks to be the same.
They don't deserve our cheers or energy.... and its only preseason!

Tbf, Ben Simmons was with Philly for 6 seasons I think and was a real part of their identity. James harden played for the nets for like 1.5 seasons. Two completely different situations.

Re: ***Official 2022-23 Training Camp/Preseason Thread***
This game was a mess but here are my early thoughts:
1. The Ben + Clax pairing is struggling more than I expected. It's early and I hate to say it but there's a chance that pairing just won't work offensively in the half court. I do think their issues are magnified because Ben is looking more tentative athletically than he usually does. Ben - for all his flaws - has always been a 15 PPG guy. I need to see it next to Kyrie more before I judge.
2. We're trying to use Ben in a lot of different ways which I like. In the half court, I feel like he's only really been successful at posting up and being the screener in the PNR. As a ball handler, he's struggling. He's not really attacking slower guys even if they're pressing up on him. I think he's still learning to trust his body after the back surgery.
3. I seriously hope we're just working on our "drop" defense or something. This group should be switching WAY WAY more. Maybe even trapping. Or playing zone. I don't understand why we're playing so passively. Our length and speed is perfect for an aggressive defense. Or at worst - a switch everything defense like we used to do. If Ben is guarding a PG and the center sets a screen, that should be an automatic switch with Claxton. That's literally Claxton's best skill. Ben is 6'9. It's so obvious that I feel like I must be missing something. I refuse to believe the coaches in charge of defense are that bad.
