He doesn't give a hoot about anyone's perceptions or loyalties.

And with the Nets in their current situation he had a good fallback plan to the Bucks and the roster flexibility that exists there.

This has nothing to do with our roster situation. He wanted more money and power without caring that it requires backstabbing the man who helped you get the head coaching job.

In terms our situation, the Nets have been positioning themselves for the Durant sweepstakes with pure cap room similar to Miami right now. He had an golden opportunity to elevate himself to a good coach before the 2015/2016 free agent sweepstakes which is alot easier to do than build a franchise like Milwaukee into a contender. It's all about money, power and ego with him.

He really has no morals or ethics as a man.
