We're now in 9th behind Boston (which in itself is crazy). The organic tank continues

Didn't Hachi miss those free throws in crunch time? Did you see all those rebounds and monster blocks Zion got? those skills usually translate well into the pros.
Duke has better talent but there's a difference in freshmen and a 2nd year player this early in the season. Zion looks great in college but he's got short arms for the NBA and he'll be undersized.
Why do alot of ya'll keep saying that about Zion? Or is it just you that keep saying Zion is undersized? Why do ya keep bringing that up? it's annoying already. NEWFLASH: Half the NBA is undersized if we're going by old standards. Is draymond really a center at 6'8? Zion is stronger and bigger than him. is RHJ a center at 6'7? Is Donovan Mitchell and shooting guard at 6'3?? Exactly. Can you please stop bringing that up. The dude jumps higher than everybody in the NBA and is stronger than 95% of the NBA, how is he not going to get his shot off? And he isn't a score first type of player anyway .

How does James Harden get his shot off in the NBA?? He doesn't have a 7'9 wingspan yet he's able to score against taller guys all the time. It's baffling.

Zion's ceiling in the NBA is Julius Randle, and his floor is Thomas Robinson

Williamson is more skilled than both of those players and he looks like he could play both SF and PF on the next level.
Hey I was skeptical of the kid too coming out of high school because he was just dunking on 5'8 white kids playing for a private school. Now? He is absolutely legit and there is room for serious growth. The idea that he's going to be Thomas Robinson on the next level is laughable my dude

I thought so too but he looks really intriguing as a combo with Allen. His coordination to me isn’t too different to Jaren Jackson Jr. He’s just longer and taller.

If we are at 5-8 and Bol Bol is there you take him no questions asked without even factoring Jarrett Allen into the equation. you take Bol Bol and you figure out the rest later. Same thing I said about Mo Bamba.
I love Allen, he probably has a ceiling similar to Tyson Chandler... maybe better offensively and not quite DPOTY on the other end. But Bol Bol could be a perrenial All-NBA player. Size to protect the rim like none other, athleticism to switch on smalls and talented enough offensively to get 20+ a night.
Maybe you make Allen the best backup center in the league. Maybe you turn Allen into a young similar talent at SG/SF. Maybe the 2 can play together. But if you think Bol Bol is the real deal you dont worry about fit with Allen. We need a stud.

MrDollarBills wrote:Bol looks like he could play NBA PF. He's pretty light on his feet. I don't think he'd fare well at C right away based on his frame. Rebounding and blocks though are a lock with that kid. I've said it when he was in HS he is skilled af
I mean the skillset, wing span, height...you can't think twice about it.

People are questioning how Zion can finish in the nba...Bol better be used to taking shots off balanced coz he'll get pushed off his spot every single time.CalamityX12 wrote:How does Bol Bol play against physical players? I imagine the grown men in the NBA would able to deal a little blows n dents into him throughout the game.
I don't see the skillset of AD nor Porzingas in him though... that's playing down to AD n KP imo

He's intriguing but damn if he isn't a stick. I probably wouldn't mind taking a chance on him depending on who else is left, but I'm making sure my performance team gets some beef on him (and one his frame can support).
It's good to have length, but I'd be damn if my 7 ft whatever with crazy wingspan is taking fades and low percentage shots I'd scream at my guards for taking.
