I agree. He would be a great back up center but we already have Deandre for that role.
Nets need a starting center.

I’d trade him for Dinwiddie if he hasn’t given us any indication that he will be willing to pick up his PO option.
I think JJ would be great for us if he gets bought out. I follow his podcast pretty regularly (highly recommended btw), and he'd be an awesome locker room presence/vet, who is desperate for a championship at this point of his career. JJ and his family love Brooklyn too, they live in Brooklyn during offseason. I feel like his shooting can definitely bounce back because he was shooting the ball well in bubble & preseason, so I don't think his shooting just suddenly fell off a cliff in a few months. I would feel pretty confident that he'd be really good for us if we could get him, but I agree, you don't want to use any assets to get him.
