That being said I am predicting a loss. Unfortunately. But hey I thought they would lose game. 5. So what do I know

This fully healthy Bucks team is by far the best team left in the playoffs.

Everyone else is decimated by injuries or completely inexperienced.

If we can somehow get past them I really like our chances. But these next 2 games will be Hell. They will not go easy.

I'll go on the record, I'm not confident that Joe will help us at all tonight. The Bucks have his number, just like Philly did in 2019. If I'm wrong, I'll be thrilled. To this point, Harris has been absolutely atrocious in the series, 34%FG and 33%3PT.

Joe's problem is that when defense's aggressively close out on him, he rushes his shot, or dribbles, or passes. All of these outcomes play into the hands of the opponent. He's got to fight that urge, and keep his shot mechanics the same speed and rhythm, no matter who is flying at him.

I've said it before, I don't think there has ever been an elite sniper in the league before, who is so afraid to draw And1's. Look at Redick, Curry, or anyone else, they get to the line off of 3-pointers far more than Harris because they never alter their shot motion. In that way, they demand that defenders respect their airspace, or make them pay at the FT line. If Joe can somehow remember to do the same, we will be golden. If not, he will go down in history as another marksman who gets the yips in big games.

I have no confidence in Harris doing anything. I also think it’s fair to expect some massive regression to the mean for Jeff Green lol.

But Griffin and Shamet need to come through, and I wouldn’t mind seeing some TJ out there.

If Joe is even remotely decent tonight this is over with. Nets also have to get him in rhythm. Some of those possessions last game when he shot, it’ll he tried to go off the dribble for 3s after getting the ball around a pick and was just clanking. Hopefully he gets cleaner looks and cashed them in. I’ve been religiously defending him from the “He’s overpaid” crowd on social media. Don’t let me down Joe

This is Joes breakout game tonight. Harden will be a little better and will hit some 3’s in the first quarter and that will dictate Joe getting the space he needs and the rhythm will be set. Harden looks pretty good in the pregame shoot around. It makes me think he is holding a lot back which he would not do if this was game 7. Nets have him on an exertion restriction.

Hard to say Joe wasn't getting his typical looks last game, he got a lot of wide open looks that he just bricked.

Hopefully, it's just variance and he improves to the mean this game. Cuz I know Jeff Green is gonna regress to the mean.
