not necessarily.. he'll never be a tim duncan type low post scorer, but the way that he has improved his ft % from the beginning of the season to now ( i know, its improved from terrible to just bad) shows me that hes willing to put in the work hes still young, in only his 2nd season, and he started his rookie season w/an injury.. i think hes improved greatly from last yr... hes a double double machine.... im not gonna say hes reached his potential yet, cuz of course i am the eternal optimist of this message board

Sean Williams doesn't have a real back to the basket game either. Nor does he have a real consistent jumpshot. He's more prone to foul trouble also. Do you mean that we should get rid of him too? Lets not get crazy here guys.
In terms of rebounding, Boone has been putting up near double digit boards in games where he averages more than 30 mins. This is only his second season...so lets give him some time. He's already shown that he moves well in pick & roll situations and his hands have improved through the course of the season. The numbers do not lie here. The points and boards he has put up have shown that he is a productive big for us. He needs to bulk up some more to defend the 5...is it that outrageous for him to do that?? I'm not trying to make Boone out to be a top 10 PF/C but he is a solid player who is only in his second year. Its not out of the realm of possibility for him to get even better. He's already shown far more than what he did in college.

Yeah but Sean's ceiling is way higher than Boone's. You can't even argue that. If Sean hits the gym and gains some more muscle mass then there will be a huge increase in his post play.
Btw
Sean's post game >>> Boone's post game
Seans's jumpshot >>> Boone's jumpshot

Sean i believe will be a SUPERIOR player to Boone in all aspects of the game.
Boone has let me down in these last few games. He's playing like a female dog .I don't even want to go that far, since female dogs will rip your throat out!!!!!!

Will the nets make the playoffs?
I was just looking at their schedule and chicago, atlanta, indiana are all on their heels! And they are on a 3 game road trip with new orleans...dallas...houston... wow! anyone think they finish the trip still in the playoffs? looking at chicagos schedule they might...but atlanta looks to have a easy schedule with 2 wins coming in one night vs the heat!

Come on, we lost to MEMPHIS.
Also... what did I say about Nenad?
16 points, 9 rebounds, 2 steals, 8-13 shooting!
Where's Havoc??
yes against Memphis.
get back to me when he does it against a GOOD team and a GOOD defender.
not gonna impress me until he does it consistently and does it against good teams, i want to see those kind of numbers every night.

Maybe you should have watched the Nets before this season?
Nenad's had three years of that level of performance, night in night out, against whoever we played.
