Scott Foster is definitely still on the take. Rockets v Warriors should be all the evidence you need. I'm sure other refs could be involved too.

Yeah it's a shame that someone leaked the investigation to the press, because had the feds managed to get Donaghy to wear a wire, we would have found out for sure just how far that this crap goes up the food chain.

I dont see how Portis fits at PF. he just doesnt posses the skillset we look for in a PF.

I'd LOVE to have him as a center, but at the salary he will command it doesnt justify having him as a backup 5.

Bobby Portis? The same Bobby Portis knocking down 41% of his three pointers?

He's not undersized at 6'11, 250, plays PF, and is a decent rebounder. I am not sure about him defensively, but offensively he definitely fits.

I dont think he fits offensively... I think the nets dont want so much a "floor spacing" PF as they want a "Small Ball" PF. someone who can put it on the floor, run around screens and be interchangeable with the SF. someone who can gaurd wings but also gaurds. Someone closer to Carroll then Ilyasova (portis is obviously alot better then ilyasova but that type).

I think Portis is a perfect center for our system. not so much PF.

if we continue zone, its important, with rotations the PF will be on top in the zone at times

I do love portis, and would 10000% cosign him at PF. especially instead of mirotic or randle. but i dont think marks/kenny would see a fit

I have not seen enough of Portis' defensive chops to get a gauge on whether he can switch out onto wings and guards, so that's why I'm not sold on him here defensively.

I think if we dont land Durant/leonard/harris then you will see carroll and Graham brought back and probaly draft someone for that spot too.

So James Harden AND Chris Paul fouled out last night against, guess who...... the Lakers... the fix is in !!!! Somebody put this on the GB because I'm suspended but we should of all seen this one coming. Now watch Lakers make 40 trips to the FT line every game just to get them in the playoffs. This sucks because I really want to see the Kings in there, they deserve it.

Rockets beat the Warriors with Faried and Capela on the floor at the same time. Really wish we used him more.

The sun will rise again. I had a horse yesterday, it was favourite with a ‘come second and get paid as the winner’ promo. Jockey had it caught up in traffic the whole trip, came home hard and finished 3rd, a nose behind 2nd. It’s a mugs game, house always wins.

Can you imagine if we somehow matched up with the Celtics in the First Round and upset them?

Would be the greatest revenge for that trade ever.

It is about to get ugly in boston... Kyrie is going to leave. Tatum is an ego maniac. he is going to be a several time all-star but in his mind he is already a top 5 player who can carry a team. Brown has a chip on his shoulder and so do rozier. these guys want to all be in the spotlight. Heyward is done and horford is ecellent but getting older.

its going to crumble soon

Return to Brooklyn Nets
