We would ruin or relationship with KD if we did that. If KD wanted to play with Harden so bad he would have found a way to Houston last year. He wanted to team up with Kyrie.

You don't just trade one player for another. This isn't 2K.

The idiots are projecting their own personal feelings on the situation. It's basically "herp derp I hate Kyrie so the Nets front office does too".

Morons. And they have the nerve to come on our board with this crap. Stick to the GB circle jerk where Kyrie lives rent free in your heads.

Kyrie hate is so irrational they have to come to our board and urge the Nets to trade him

Like would they care otherwise?

Its just them projecting how much they don't like the guy. As if we care.

Real franchises that are building sustainability don’t make stupid PR moves like that.

That would also ruin entire relationships with KD, Dinwiddie, Roc Nation, etc.

Do you honestly think he put a shred of critical thought into that post before he hit send? Doubt it.

That’s a Knicks fan I believe. Take that into consideration

Harden and Butler sound like an awful combination to me. Jimmy would absolutely hate playing with a guy like him lol.

That's what I'm thinking....like why would Houston want to trade for Kyrie when they have Wall's 40 million dollars per season on the books?

#2...Why would the Nets trade Kyrie when the idea would be to make a Big 3 with Harden, KD, and Kyrie?

And yet, you don't see these people asking Miami to trade Butler for Harden or the Bucks to trade Giannis. Hell, even their calls for Philly to trade Simmons for Harden are absurd (and most likely fueled by how low fans are on Simmons because he doesn't shoot threes).

Fan perception is hilarious. You think Sean Marks cares that Kyrie thinks that the earth is flat??? !!!!!

So who is Miami going to trade? Butler, Herro, and Bam Adebayo?

You see how absurd this sounds?

So when Harden added Heat and Bucks to his list, I am pretty sure he means those team with Butler/Bam and Giannis. He wants to extend with a team playing alongside not replacing superstars.

Exactly. The Rockets, and the idiot Kyrie haters who are saying the Nets should trade Irving for Harden, are utterly stupid. Harden wants to play with Kyrie and KD, not get swapped for one.

TLC also showed himself to be really basketball dumb with his defense and fouls. Time is there for him to figure stuff out but I don't think anyone is sleeping on him.

I feel the same about Prince who was given much more time and leeway.

Both of them have low basketball IQs, let's be real. They still have their positives though.

Harden for Kyrie would be the best move for the Nets on paper, keeping all the other players like Spencer and Lavert who may be traded away in a package.

But it can't only be looked at as pawns coming in/out. KD and Kyrie are friends which is why KD came here. The trade of Kyrie is NGTH, it has 0% odds.

Harden is going to the Heat IMO.

Philly isn't willing to trade Simmons. Heat aren't willing to trade Bam, heck there's been a report they're unwilling to trade Herro. Milwaukee has nothing to trade. Steph, Harden, Green and a skeleton crew can't be all that appealing. The only packages out there that make sense and are actionable besides the Nets are Denver (centered around MPJ or maybe Murray if that doesn't cut it) and a Boston deal with Brown as the main piece. I honestly think teams are going to wait Houston out on this one.

Both of them have low basketball IQs, let's be real. They still have their positives though.

TLC makes about 1/7 what T. Prince does.
The sooner we can upgrade Prince, TLC, Kurucs, Green.. the better.

KD is the 4/5.
We need a 2/3/4 defender.

You guys act like Prince having a bad season is a death sentence.

Why not instead of "upgrading him" we put him in the system and teach him to be a better defender. Players can develop and get better. Hes still young.

Why should the Nets give up Kyrie for Harden? When Davis, Leonard, George, and Paul were all traded, there were no high level players involved with those trades. The team who lost the big time player did not get equal value back, just draft picks and matching salary. This has been the norm for awhile now. Why should the Nets trade Kyrie, because you don't like him? The **** is wrong with you?

Please think rationally before posting on here, Just because Kyrie lives rentfree in your head doesn't mean that the Nets front office feels the same way that you do. Stop polluting our board with your crap.

Better yet, go to the Bucks board and tell them that they should trade Giannis for Harden, or the Heat board and tell them that they should trade Butler, Bam and Herro for Harden. See what they say to you.

You know what would be a great move? You shutting the **** up.

I agree, however, it's probably in our best interest right now to see how these guys respond. preseason starts on sunday.
