We used single screens above the FT line. which are the easiest to fight through or go over on with help below. We ran no double staggered screens. and we only used KD as a screener 1 time, and it forced a switch of lopez on to him.
Bucks were letting anyone but KD beat them, especially in the 2nd half. He was getting doubled in his spots. Also, it's hard for that lineup to work because the lineup has never been used. That aspect cannot be underestimated.
You welcome double teams when you post him on the baseline. your getting an extra defender in the basline and daring KD to make the cross court pass.
Bitching about Nash after game 4 is completely and utterly pointless. We were never going to win tonight after Kyrie went down.
Making it all about the win just shows a lack of understanding. This is a 7 game series. even if you chalked this up for a loss when Kyrie went down, that is 3 quarters to throw looks and adjustments and lineups out to see what works so you have some ammo to take in to game 5. we did nothig.
The players on the court around KD can function well in spurts or in roles around multiple stars but they are not ready or capable of contributing to a win in that situation. Stop being overemotional and get past your hatred. You weren't giving the due credit when it was deserved, but now you're here to bitch about Nash when we were in an impossible situation to win.
Credit was never desrved of nash. his coaching was god awful in our wins. and i pointed it out in our wins. with video and xs and os all season long. we won inspite of him. all year.
He cost us game 3 and he did nothing to help us compete in game for or help us win game 5... thats right, game 5. he did nothing to see what may work with this team san kyrie. he just ran the same sets that werent working and the same lineups.
