I always get shin spilts when running over 5 minutes. I hate it. But they usually go away after resting. Stretching is the only thing i could suggest, it helps too.

Dude, I think Old Rem has been on a week long bender. I want to ask him if he's drunk or doped up, but I think the mods and him will think I'm taking a shot at him. His posts have been close to incoherent gibberish lately. It's half humorous, half annoying and fully delusional.

So I have a 8-15 page group paper due this Thursday, on Saturday I lay out exactly what everyone has to write, and I mean it's cool there's 4 of us so we all just have to write 2 pages...

No one replies to the god damn e-mail...

So I finish writing my part which ends up being 8 pages and now I literally tell these guys if they want they can write like 1.5 pages... I mean this is one of those BS group reaction papers you're basically guaranteed a B unless you're a (Please Use More Appropriate Word) (now normally I'd go for that A but I'm locked into a B for the class and these other guys are locked into a B or C so whatever!)...

I better get a reply from someone by the end of Wed. or I am going to beat the **** out of someone.

I could never get into LOST it seemed like an interesting premise at first that just got dumber and dumber as things progressed...

^Same here, I tried watching the first season recently, then it just became really annoying for me. The same goes for Heroes, good start, then retardation came strolling along.
