Congrats macgyver!!

I just tied the know recently too. I'm surprised your wife is letting you post while you're (probably) on your honeymoon.

I know I snuck my moments of posts here and there while I was on mine lol.

we did everything backwards.

I actually legally got married on St. Patty's day this past year, then we went to Bermuda in early July for our honeymoon, then my friends threw me a bach party in NYC (Yankees v. Redsox, Virgil's restaurant, and bars/strip clubs), then we had our reception last weekend. Kinda odd, but it all worked out.

It's fake...

Someone's probably trying to make a quick buck by selling it with those fake tags.

It would be funny if it was fake and someone thought they were buying an exclusive. They wear it to the first game thinking they'd be one of the few with an actual jersey, but instead they are the only person wearing an embarrassing knockoff...

Yeah, didn't they say that the jerseys will only say "Brooklyn" across the front (a la the Knicks) anyway?

Those are really ugly.

They look like a WNBA jersey or something a high school team orders out of Eastbay.

Jerseys will be ugly, you can bet on it. But if the Road and Home jerseys say Brooklyn on it, they will sells like hotcakes this year.

Hey, guys. I wasn't sure where could I introduce myself but I figured this area was the most appropriate.

I'm pretty new to the board, I was a former member before but I've bad some account problems and unfortunately, no mods at the time (Knicks forum) wasn't looking to actually simply help. Looking for a fresh clean start with the Nets and by no means I'm a bandwagon fan. I've been born and raised from Brooklyn. I remember when the first story broke on the possibility of Brooklyn owning an NBA team and It seemed surreal and straight up nuts and to go out and walk the streets and see it happening before my eyes is a beautiful sight.

I don't think I will ever hate the Knicks simply because, I've grown up as a basketball fan watching the only NY team but at the sametime, I feel inspired for Brooklyn because I've only had the chance to see 2 Knicks games and I honestly don't feel the connection to Manhattan as I grew up with Brooklyn. I wish the Knicks well this season but I like the excitement and direction the Nets are going for their respective team.

Looking forward to talking about 82 games of exciting inaugural Brooklyn basketball.

Welcome to the board Paradise!

It's always nice seeing more and more Nets fans on here.

Yeah, I didn't have any animosity with the Knicks until I joined RealGM lol. Over time I'm sure you'll see the pompous attitude from a solid number of them and it'll just really get under your skin. Just wait till the first game of the season haha...

I agree, I hate how ignorant they come off to new members or members who aren't apart of their "crew" and then you have trolls who are not even told anything because they are apart of their "crew"

The funny thing is, I was labeled a troll for saying Jeremy Lin being picked off waivers was a great move and would payoff because he is a good prospect. People said, I was a troll and knew nothing....Now, look how that turned out?

Looking forward to being apart of a rational level headed fanbase here.

You'll find that while we like to joke around, we are very quick to defend our board and members no matter how new they are. Of course, every board is a bit homerish but I do think we're a pretty rational group. We want to win, but we understand what our limits are.

Oh and when the trolls come around to annoy us, we get our money's worth lol.
