I bet everyone one of those kids there (even if they are Knick fans) will at least root for D-Will, if not the entire team, for a very long time. Moments like these where you meet stars and they actually interact with you are awesome and unforgettable.

I continue to hate all of these jerseys. So plain so simply so boring. I dont want iconic...classic looking. I want a modern impressive wow take. Iconic AND plain black and white? I mean...they look like High School level jerseys.

Awful logo. Awful boring colors. Awful designs. I think they struck out completely here. A golden opportunity to reinvent themselves and they go with the most bland option possible.

Look. I like the things Dallas, Orlando and at times say Minny has done with colors, panels, lettering and logos.

When I see the Pistons jerseys for example...a classic jersey I wonder why they dont bring back the tiny shorts to go with it. Jersey's like that are so outdated I cant understand why any marketer would like the idea of taking a team in a NEW market in that direction.

Obviously some of you like it...but I just freakin HATE it.

Absolutely agree with this. Just look at all of those inner city kids cheer for the Mighty Ducks after they showed up at the hockey park and played a game with them.

This actually doesn't look bad. Clean and simple. Like the single line down the side.

I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a joke or not, I don't know hockey that well. Or if this is an Emilio Esteves joke lol?

I like the single line down the side. Prefer the other logo on the shorts though. All in all, I like the classic look.

But what I don't get is instead of using weathering steel to give it a rusty, old look that could very well turn out bad, why not just paint it that coppery color?

I can understand you and many others who connect rust to garbage or some other bad things but there are lot of modern beautiful buildings which uses that rust.
I actually really like the rust. For me it gives more feelings for the building than some normal steel which often feels cold. And this is not like some old buildings where some parts have weathered more down than the other.

It is similar with some other material most people would not like for example some glas bottles but if you use them right they can look beautiful even though most connect them with garbage.

I heard that the jerseys were actually supposed to be black on black...

Those are indeed the jerseys. The number font matches the "Hello Brooklyn" shirts and the trim matches the D-Will action figure pic.

The black on black jerseys will be apart of the Addias "Winter Jerseys" which will be worn on weekends during the season, It's supposed to be made of monochrome silk like the Heat's "black out" Jersey.

I knew the jerseys would look like this.

The color scheme was classic so I knew the jersey design would be pretty simple. Although, I'm glad that they at least put a line down the side. Without the line and the emblem on the shorts, it would really look a jersey from the 50s lol.

While they are plain it's what I expected. They didn't go all out and make some fancy logo or color scheme for that matter so simple jerseys it is.
