Great contributions from Cam, Carter and Johnson tonight. Blake had some nice moments also. If we can get these guys all on the same page and have some of our starters back good things will happen.

Another sign we could've been better off with Saddiq Bey

No lie, Harden should sit out vs Ws.... we losing that one, no reason to deal unnecessary wear on his hammy....

Let that hammy heal.

Saddiq bey has been absolute trash. one of the worst big minute players in the NBA this year. people need to let it go. we wouldnt even have drafted him.

Its nothing close to a disaster. that is massive overreaction. Nets are one of if not the favorite to win it this year still, Losses in january without any of our starters are meaningless. seeding in january is meaningless.

The drama is only external. KD, Harden, Kyrie, Nash, Bembry, LMA, Blake have all said so. guys want to get the team healthy, its frustrating when anytime we get someone back someone else goes down. But I mean these guys have repeatedly said from their own mouths there is no issue.

Great game and effort... I mean dont get me wrong Denver was second of a back to back on the road and had no interest in playing with effort. Malone was trying to limit Jokic. That said, still a very strong effort. It shows you just how dumb it is Nash rolls with an 8 man rotation and grinds his starts down with huge minutes when we have capable guys. My thoughts

1) Cam hit some shots, but he felt himself too much. hit a couple and then was just taking YOLO step backs. you want him to be aggressive but you need awareness to. Cant turn it over or go 1 on 5 when they just turned your 3 point lead into a 4 point deficit. Not blaming cam, but as a gunner, awareness is key. Defensively... he killed us. got lost too many times leaving rivers open, allowed 2 put back layups watching and not getting a body. tought cause he had some great moments and big shots

2) LMA. again, can fault him... good game overall. but bro... you cant miss both FTs there.

3) James Johnson.. see #2 Also dont double off a red hot rivers for steal. not worth the gamble. that was a killer

4) Mills... see #2

5) Cant knock nash when we were in this until the end.. but i mean, you gotta have adjustments to like in your face major stuff. If rivers is cooking, get the ball out of his hands. its not like they had a ton of other guys who were going to beat you. Make compazzo be a scorer.

6) Refs killed us tonight. that flagrant was trash. tons of fouls called on us that were clear over the back on jokic. Not why we lost but didnt help. Nash had much better opportunities to use his challenge, sigh

7) Carter was great. thats the player we thought we were getting. he can make open threes. hopefully that gets him going. if he rights the ship, he could be REALLY valuable. but i doubt he gets the minutes. maybe he does enough to get traded for something

8) Blake needs to be in the rotation. he makes too many momentum plays not to be a fixture in the rotaiton. Charges, putbacks, high iq plays, coming up with 50/50 balls. he provides glue.

9) Bembry is a G. This dude just makes us better when he is on the floor.

10) Kessler looks great. gaining confidence. Playing him next to KD when we are full strength is such an outstanding fit. I really want to see: Harden | Kyrie | Edwards | KD | Claxton or Blake when they are all healthy, That lineup can score and get stops.

A surprisingly winnable game unsurprisingly lost. This could've been a good win against a good team despite the absence of the Big 3.

I feel for the paying fans at The 'Clays...

It isnt too surprising we had a chance in this one. second of a back to back on the road from them. those are usually scheduled losses. on top of that they probably didnt take our gleague lineup seriously and malone wasnt going to run Jokic too hard.

didnt expect to win, but expected to have a shot,

It was a good lost. Not a helpful lost. Probably only good as a showcase for trades and that Nash actually understands adjustments.
He put the ball in non shooters hands. Something the Dubs did with Dray/Iggy/Shaun/centers.
We also go to see Cam be a shot creator. True bucket getter.
Nevertheless these aren’t roles you can have when your best 3 players, 6th man and supposedly 4th core players are all offensive players.
Nevertheless good coaching by Nash. Good play by the team. Looked like a nice developmental squad.

Dude, you can defend Kyrie all you want but it is obvious that what he is doing is not helping the situation.

Next 2 games are vs the Warriors and Suns.

I'm penciling both in as losses. At which point we likely fall to a 6 seed.

This is an objective disaster.

We have been a below .500 team for months now. Just terrible.

The only reason we didn't fall sooner is because the rest of the East has also been trash. Its finally catching up to us.

We might not even win 50 games this year. This is absolutely pathetic.

Most teams play .500 or a lot worse when their best player is out for multiple weeks. Philly went 1-7 and embiid was out less then 3 weeks for example.

6th doesnt change much. same opponent and side of the bracket as yestarday when we were the 3 seed only game 7 would be on the road, which, who knows... may help. Falling to 7 and 8 is the objective disaster. the play-in round and potential at miami in round 1.

Teams above us face eachother a TON and the bulls/Cavs specifically have the toughest part of their schedule to come. I think 0-2 is possible coming up, but those arent automtic losses with Kyrie/Harden. Warriors are 6-5 in their last 12 themselves.

Absolutely pathetic because your 1st boy is hurt and your 2nd boy plays part time.

You can do not **** in the NBA if you are missing 50+ mil payroll in the line up most of the time. (Kyrie + Harris or KD + Harris when Kyrie is on the road).

or missing 90 mil payroll lol when we are at home in this current stretch.

Injuries and **** happen and that's all luck. We have not had it yet. Our only hope is given our luck has been so **** it can not be worse. Hopefully we get everyone back in the last 20 games and gel.

I am more interested in what Marks' gonna do by the trade deadlince vs whether we will win games now.

All I hear is excuses.

We still have Kyrie and Harden for road games and routinely lose to bad teams.

Even with just Harden we have an all start level player.

The Clippers have FAR less talent than us and are playing way better.

We are clearly underachieving and its sad.
