is this a reg's troll account ?

Nets got more fouls called on them then the Cavs.
LeBron got way more 'touch' fouls then RJ/VC.

Props to the ref's for not falling for Varejao's flopping antics.

Was their a few bad calls either way. Yes. However, overall I can't complain esp. just after watching Joey Crawford's "ref job" the previous game this one looks stellar in comparison.

Yeah i was wondering where Krstic went. He cam back in for a little bit. took and missed a shot.

Bokie was huge.

And you can knock vince's offensive philosophy, the jumpers, not taking it hard, etc. But he brought it in every other aspect of the game tonight. Played good D, rebounded, moved the ball. Just wished he took a handful of those jumpers and took it to the rack. The mid-long range is part of his game so he should use it but he took a bunch of forced shots tonight. If not for the FT's at the end, he'd have 10 points....and also, is varejo really allowed to ride him all the way back to the half court line? I thought it was a given if you were steering the guy with your hip...

Also, Boone had a good game. But every time Boone does something good, I can't fight off the thought of how much better Sean would do it. Like on some flubbed layups. Even the dunks, i just say, i woulda rather seen sean do that. Boone has like a 10 inch vertical. Especially on D, i'm always thinking, 'sean woulda blocked that.' When Boone is in, even if he's sticking the guy, guys always get their look. THey always get a decent shot off. Now i'm obviously not gonna blame him cuz Lebron got his. But Devin Brown? geez. I liked that he gave his first hard NBA foul though. took him 3.5 quarters but ill take it.

Also, I think i would like Boone more if he wasn't so damn pouty. That just gets to me.

Sean needs to bulk up more before he'll get the nod over Boone as a Center , he just can't defend these guys.

Boki was very good today and since the Cavs where small most of the time playing Boki and Hassel at the 4 was ok . Hassel sucked on offense but had a good defensive game , he can't keep up with real 4's but with the guys the Cavs had out today he def. can.

Basically yahoo fantasy basketball has Maurice Ager ranked DEAD LAST out of every player in the league (he's ranked behind players like Pat Garrity, Smush Parker, and even Hassan Adams who isn't even in the league anymore!)

I watched Ager in Dallas a bit before the trade and after seeing him in limited minutes with the Nets it's well deserved.

A shooter that can't shoot is pretty much useless ...

He deserves his place on this list he shot so many wide open airballs it's not even funny .

Hello. I came from S2. This board looks nice. How active is this board? Who are the good posters around here? And who should I look to avoid?

RealGM in general is very active, the Nets board is moderately active as for who to avoid... Well I'm kind of a trouble-maker

I definitely believe a 6-11th overall pick is better then a first round loss and the 15th pick. With every lost, we can increase our chances at getting a lower pick.

An extended season, nation wide attention, playoff excitement while drinking pepsi with some friends is great too.

Unfortunately, this is New Jersey. We don't get much attention. Ask Kidd. We are on "the wrong side of the Hudson".

who cares about the attention. amen to the other stuff though.

really..really doubt we'd get a pick under the 10 slot. I also doubt OJ is dropping past 5, and he's the only remotely possible pick that interests me.

just get to the playoffs, let us have a few more games to enjoy, and shop for FA's. I dunno, i may be completely underestimating the draft but it's just not that appealing to me as long as Beasley, Rose, and OJ are merely pipe dreams.

Hansborough? pass...sell you the pick for a steak dinner.

There's no point in getting the 8th or 7th seed because we'll just lose in the first round. Just gimme a good lotto pick and gimme OJ MAYO!

I'd like Mayo but realistically speaking I just can't root for the Nets to lose. It might be illogical and unrealistic to expect the Nets to do something in the playoffs but rooting for my favorite sports team to lose is something I just can't do =/...

I personally don't think we have a shot at any immediate impact player anyway . We'll get another prospect no matter what everyting else would suprise me .

Just play as hard as you can show heart and effort no matter what the result is . I can live with any results of this season as long as we play hard.
