As someone who's watched LeBron get every single call in Miami, I don't feel sorry one bit if a call doesn't go his way.

I'm also not gonna feel sorry for him that JR Smith might have costed them the game. It was LeBron that pushed the Cavs front office to get guys like JR and Tristan these huge contracts. Also, how do you not call a timeout if you're Tyronn Lue?

that was a block, bron did the electric slide

clear charge. not even remotely close to being a block. lebron beat him to the spot, outside the restricted area. he slid yes but beat him to the spot.

and thats just 1 of 9 or 10 awful calls/not calls against cleveland in crucial times. this was rigged. plain and simple

Facts.

Even if it was a chage it was bulls***t that it was reviewed as LBJ was clearly not in the restricted zone.

The refs had momentum swinging calls late in the 4th that hurt the Cavs. This can't be disputed

Iggy is the only person that can defend Lebron on the warriors. Warriors with Iggy would of killed the cavs...

warriors without iggy is a whole different ballgame.

I actually think the refs made the correct call. That was a clear blocking foul imo, his feet were not set and he was in motion. Should have that gone to a review? I'm not sure.

JR Smith needs to stop smoking weed during the playoffs.

I totally agree

What makes Warriors special is not that they are dominant but that they were a touch of crazy magical

I still blame it on NBA forcing Draymond to sit out Game 5 when he was clearly their best player that series and Curry was hurt. .and they lost that series . Durant never goes there otherwise

I don’t care I you hate Draymond that was an astonishingly bad call by League

I agree with everything you're saying BUT not only was Draymond long overdue, but he did something against the NBA's cash cow. Suspending Draymond created a new storyline and ultimately extended the series. I don't think that the league is rigged, but if they do something that allows them to hide behind rule technicalities as well as benefit their bottom line, they're always going to take it. Draymond should've been suspended in the WCF and cost the Warriors the series against the Thunder. They let him off the hook and took the opportunity to punish him at a more convenient time.

Yes this is how I see it too

. League was acting in their own interest and did not foresee risk of Durant going to Oakland

if it was a 1-off or even second or third offense id agree with you. but draymond has punched like a dozen dudes in the dick. they had to do something.
i
warriors also lost game 7 at home not scoring in the last 4 minutes. they also lost game 5 up 3-1 at home.

I agree they had to somethings. But benching a team’s best player for an entire game during a championship series was an extreme move. Nothing like that has ever happened before or is lkel Y Tom happen again

I mean it's basketball and he's literally kicking dudes in the dick. Like you cannot do that. You can't even do that in football. I'm not even sure if it's allowed in freakin' hockey.

He should have been suspended again the next year.

That **** has no place in sports except wrestling. And he's doing it repeatedly. Green is a real sack of **** tbh. I'd have trouble rooting for him even if he was on my team.

Patrick Ewing says hello.

edit: ah, you said championship series. You're right, but in the context of the NBA playoffs a guy getting the boot isn't exactly new.

Draymond Green brought that on himself. I have no ill will towards him but as VC4P said, he was out there kicking dudes in the dick and he cusses out the refs every other game. He deserved it.

I highly doubt Silver knew what was going to happen, but he and the owners proposed the idea of cap smoothing, but the NBPA rejected that idea. Supposedly, they believing that stretching the increases over more seasons wouldn't have given the players the same amount of money in the long run as compared to the one-time major cap increase did.

In today's league, more players care about the money they get playing than competitive balance. If anything, you see a lot of current players defending KD, while the older, retired players are the ones who have criticized him.

Durant recognized what his strength is and utilized his height advantage for the midrange shot. Great game from him playing within the flow of the offense instead of playing iso.

I don't see how that works at all. three ball dominant players at 1, 2, and 3? Plus having to play in the West?

I don't think James is a good fit for Philly either, tbh. What is Ben Simmons going to do, stand over in the corner and wait for a pass when he can't shoot?

Jalen Rose called it...Bron stays in Cleveland & the Cavs will sign DeAndre Jordan after he opts out and trade for Kemba - even if it means eating Batum's contract

CLE trades BKN #8, Jordan Clarkson & Tristan Thompson
CHA trades Kemba Walker and Nic Batum

I'm not sure how they can sign DJ, aren't they like in cap hell? also, I agree its probably better for Cleveland to move around some pieces and see if they can use our pick to upgrade their team instead of Lebron leaving for a situation where he's not a good fit (as crazy as that sounds).

Watching the same damn finals 4 straight years is just boring AF.

I appreciate their greatness but KD joining the dubs should have never happened IMO. Ruined the league for years(competition wise).

Bron joining Miami ruined the Eastern Conference for a decade. Name a good playoff series he had prior to this year? That one time Paul George looked competent?

Bron literally plucked an All-Star from two EC teams, and teamed up with another bonafide superstar and NBA champion in Dwayne Wade. Bron joining the Heat is the equivalent of Giannis and Derozan joining Kyrie.

Don't blame this superfriends nonsense on KD. It serves Bron right to finally have a legitimate foe he isn't heavily favored against.
