Ja hurt too? Damn I picked Din last night and he got hurt early too. My FanDual fan teams can't get a break.

Speedy recovery to both Din and Ja first and foremost.

I was excited for Caris because I saw genuine improvement in the bubble. And it wasn’t just because of the 51 pt game. He added a smoother change-of-pace dribbling that I’ve been suggesting he needed in order to be less predictable and have a more effective dynamic play style. I thought it was clear Kyrie had been rubbing off on him.

Given the extended layoff between the bubble and the start of the season, I thought he’d only improve further. But so far this season, he looks he’s regressed back to what he was at the start of last season. He doesn’t even look like a quality 6th man. Chiozza actually runs the unit better as a traditional PG than Levert does, but Levert’s length and agility helps defensively.

I was going to make this long post about how I think our status as true contenders won’t be determined by KD and Kyrie, but actually by the quality of our 3-7. When you get down deep in the playoffs, we’re going to play against other teams with elite star duos and/or elite team defense. I trust that Kyrie and KD will play well, but the battle between our 3-7 vs. the opposition’s 3-7 will play a major part in determining whether we’ll have the quality to beat teams like MIA, MIL, PHI in the East or LAL, LAC, DEN in the West.

Although Spencer wasn’t playing well to start the season, we’re definitely going to miss him for the year. So far, Levert has been underwhelming; his shooting ability will be massive factor in determining his personal ceiling as well as the overall quality of our team’s depth.

On point IMO. It was always going to be our “cast” including the bench to make the difference...

My reaction was the same as Bruce Brown's when he saw how awkwardly TLC went down lmao. Glad he's ok.

So Shamet losing his spot to both Cheez and TLC huh. Depth guy is not what I expected.

MEM seems to only want to pressure Levert in the backcourt in order to force someone else to bring the ball up.

But since they’re not really pressuring the other players who can’t dribble as well, it doesn’t seem to make too much of a difference if we’re only considering the act of bringing up the ball to get us into our offensive sets.

We really should be beating this Grizzlies team tonight. Just need to stop playing sloppy and work for good shots. Looks like Levert's scoring isn't gonna happen tonight.

watching league pass and they have rando players introducing highlights. "hey it's chris paul of the..." *checks team logo behind him* "phoenix suns. check out these highlights".

I have a love hate relationship with cp3, but he's a better player still than the journeyman treatment he's getting. honestly if I was him I wouldn't have signed an albatross contract so I could keep playing for contenders.

Yeah as a Grizz fan I have to say we have gotten a favorable whistle.

Please don't pick any more grizz players moving forward. We can't afford any more injuries.

Grizzlies are scrambling with Ja out.
