Ouch... Can't be that mad, full strength Mavs versus a depleted Nets team.

Should have won regardless though...

Y’all act like Spencer ain’t glad he hit that shot. He didn’t say chit to nobody on the Nets. How they didn’t expect him to want the ball is beyond me.

Heartbreaker…….we need every win we can get. I don’t think we put enough pressure on luka on that final possession.

Crazy

Exactly. I really wanted the win, but if it was anyone gonna make that, I'm glad it's a beloved former Net.

Yep. If Luka hit that shot i would've been pissed. Spencer hit that shot with Goran in his face. He earned it.

This loss is no shame. If we had Kyrie and Seth we would have destroyed Dallas.

We need to get to 100%. Somehow.

Not really we stuck at 8. All we have to look for is Cavs slide to 7. ATL and LaMelo just don't have enough to catch us.

I felt like Edwards should've been in instead of Dragic on that last possession but whatever. Sucks to lose this way considering where we are in the standings but we played well outside of the 4th. I didn't expect a win at all. The third quarter got my hopes up though.

Well that sucks... Had the lead for most of the game... Did a good job of getting the rock out of Doncic's hand for that last play and at least had Dragic in front of Din for that last shot...

In hindsight, maybe an early foul during inbound to get the ball back and have the final play in our hands?

The Nets played a hell of a game. I don't wanna entertain any negativity. We need Kyrie full time, Ben to be made available and Seth back.

This night can be success if Craptors win tonight. They -2 vs Clips on the road.

We need Toronto to capture the 6th seed. If we end up in a play in road game versus the Cavs with KD and Kyrie we aren't losing

What else is new? been the same story all year. It’s so frustrating to watch us get beat in a crucial game at a crucial moment where we had KD hit a very important shot. This **** just boiled my blood.

Not really. They know they 2nd round exit team at best, 1st round most likely. A lot of things went right for them tonight.

My only negative take us that we had Dragic guarding Luka instead of Nic in last 4-5 min. He just killed us there. Definitely a mistake by Nash, Nic does great vs Luka.

Dallas' issue is the same as always. Luka is a monster but if Dinwiddie is your 2nd option you're not getting far... If Luka got real help (Dinwiddie is a step in the right direction) the Never could be legitimately scary.

Up by 14 early in the 4th, this should've been a W... The KD three should've been the final dagger... Even with only sCurry back, this would've been a guaranteed win. :nonono:
