Dude should stop being such a b***h. He's not Russian.

His channel was entertaining the first few times I saw it but the humor doesn't really work on me and it's basically the same thing every single time.

Ha, I just stumbled upon this on youtube, didn't realize how popular it was til I went through his page and a bunch of his vids.

Damn finally beat Deus Ex Human Revolution... Was easily one of the best games I've ever played, probably THE BEST game I've played on this generation of consoles.

Not sure if I'm going to start a second play through to get all the achievements, but I highly recommend this game if you can appreciate games with a deep story and that aren't all run and gun / hack and slash.

I caught the review on gametrailers.com and even though they gave it a good review, I just wasn't pulled in and it seems like the type of game I would regret buying later on. (I'm looking at you FF XIII, biggest turd I've ever played)

Haha I just watched the gametrailers review a few minutes ago and the review was terrible, completely off the mark. GT seems to mark up mainstream games with no ambition or creativity like Call of Duty but downplay anything that is original.

Then again I believe they were reviewing the PS3 version and there was talk about dumbing down the AI, adding aim-assist etc. on the console versions to make the game more user friendly.

I played the game on the PC and loved it. The game is a great blend of genres and unlike other games on the market.

A few other things to note:

- Though there is "backtracking" the backtracking occurs only when you're completing OPTIONAL sidequests. If you don't want to backtrack don't complete the side quests...

- The Boss fights can be HARD but that's not a reason to mark down a game. Maybe I'm getting old but I remember a time when HARD boss fights were the norm, and I'm of the opinion that they are a good thing. Too often nowadays boss fights are easy with ample scripted sequences / events that basically beat the boss for you...

- Hacking is repetitive but... If you don't want to hack, don't hack, find another route, or search for a pocket secretary which can be found on a shelf within a room or stolen from the body of an enemy you have knocked out / killed.

If you really explore the world that's been created the game is very enjoyable. I got a solid 44 hours out of the game on my first playthrough (which was on the hardest difficulty), but I believe that was while completing every side quest and exploring nooks and crannies just for the hell of it / to take out enemies I had already snuck by.*

*There's also a feature called object highlighting which I turned off. As you've probably seen in gameplay videos doors, etc. have a yellow highlight around them on lower difficulties. I turned that highlight off which made finding secret passages and items a bit more difficult.

Also I have nothing to say about FXIII other than everyone I know who's played it tells me it's terrible. Final Fantasy games in general seem to have declined in quality...
