$70 for 450 anytime minutes, nights and weekends starting at 7PM and unlimited unthrottled data and messaging with the ability to tether beef free on a major carrier with a good network?

Yeah, you can't really beat that right now.

As long as you get solid coverage in the places you go most often (i.e. home, work, etc.), it is a good deal.

What phones are available for this type of plan?

It's actually $80 a month if I'm not mistaken there's a BS "Premium Data" charge that is tacked on to all SPRINT smartphones...

But from browsing their website Jeff it looks like you can get any SPRINT smartphone with this plan (Motorola Photon Q, iPhone, HTC EVO, etc.)... Selection of phones at SPRINT doesn't appear to be that great, but from what I've heard phones like the Photon Q and HTC EVO get the job done...

Now here's my question... To cancel my RetroFitness gym membership I had to send by certified mail a letter of intent to the local gym giving them a 60 day notice of my intention to cancel my membership.

I sent the letter on Tuesday and according to the United States Postal Service website it was received by the gym on Thursday.

Earlier I was told that when my letter had been received I could expect a call from the gym (they didn't specify what would be discussed in the call, but I assume it would be to confirm cancellation).

I have yet to receive a call from the gym, so I sent them an e-mail Saturday afternoon asking them to confirm when my gym membership would end (I'm expecting end of October / early November)... I'm still waiting on an e-mail response, but I don't know by whom or how often the gym's e-mail account is checked...

Should I give these m'fers a call tomorrow to confirm that my letter was received and that they're not trying to pull some technicality BS on me?

Or am I overreacting / should I wait a day or two to see if they do get back to me?

My concern stems from problems other people have had when trying to cancel their RetroFitness membership (I haven't found any reviews from individuals who tried to cancel at the gym I go to, but it's still worrisome):

http://www.yellowpages.com/north-brunsw ... k-22221063

http://retro-fitness.pissedconsumer.com ... 85171.html

Some overall advice would be appreciated. I'm not going to let this **** drag on like it did for the people in those reviews and I think I'd go straight to a lawyer if it did (despite how much more it would cost me)

edit: I have no clue why this is bothering me as much as it is...

A second chance is worth millions and a minimum of a million. Many Americans do not have opportunites that can bring a pay day worth a million and have millions in reserve.Andray has been given a great talent and blessed with the size and height to play NBA basketball and play great basketball with a high and exceptional skill level. Can Andray have the discipline to show up each night be a good citizen and play basketball without being foolish and compromising the responsibility to be an adult and a professional basketball player. This is all about demonstrating responsibility making good decisions and committing to the obligations of one's contract. Many Americans do not have this opportunity.

Damn, one by one, timeless names are peeling off the board.
Soon he's going to have to use something lame like stephonmarbury4pres.

I'm sorry but DMX needs to retire or get with the times. His new singles are pretty bad, IMO especially the one with Machine Gun Kelly.

I didn't really like his new album, but if getting with the times would make him drop off even further... I really don't understand how anyone in their right mind can listen to trash like Wacka Wacka Fail, Lil Wayne, Soulja Boy, etc.

I'm waiting for Lupe to drop his album, should be solid. Last album was a bit different but eventually it grew on me.

This is the kind of stuff I wouldn't necessarily listen to on a consistent basis, but that I can respect:

More music like this would be nice... Stuff with an actual meaning.
