I wouldn't mind him here. Marks it's time to strike your first victim.

I like that we're being patient but i really don't think that spreading out the rest of dough to the guys just to hit the salary floor without improving our team is the answer.

I mean there's nearly nobody left.

Oh well, it's a long process, i suppose.

Interesting read. Lin had said himself before that he'd love to play with AD - Would be fun to watch. If NOP offers a first round pick the Nets should go for it.

It feels like last year's off-season, doesn't it's?

Hey, you could see Lin end up there by trading deadline..while he may not start there, the Pelican will surely contend for a playoff spot with Cousin/Davis and Holiday.....and who knows, Holiday is a 6'4 combo guard, so Lin could easily start alongside him.

It actually suggested to start Lin as pg and to move Holiday to sg which fits him more. If Nets really thinking Russell should be the starting pg, then the suggested trade will benefit both the Nets and Lin, win win.

Nice read btw of the article with thorough analysis supporting with stats. I am surprised Lin's catch and shoot e% were that high.

That was really a nice article, specially when the author compared Lin's stats to Holiday and Bledsoe...Good to see that some people are actually taking the time to dig deep into the stats to prove Lin is actually a very good player who deserve to start.

If Pelican truly want Lin, they should offer Brooklyn their 1st round pick for him since Brooklyn is rebuilding with D'Lo as their franchise player.

All the talk that he's simply a fringe player is annoying...Dude posted a 19.2 PER last year but still can't get any respect.

i don't want to trade lin, we need lin to lead our young. Lin is a good leader, our young can learn from him so much. Also Lin is good on both D and O , we will difficult to find another starter pg to replace him. Russell still not a leader for nets.....

However , it will benefit Lin, if he are traded to NOP, NOP will easily get into playoff with the lineup of holiday, AD . And Lin like to play with AD , I think he will happy to join NOP.

Lin is at his prime, and some people want him to be a baby-sitter. Playoffs Lin is a beast and fun to watch. Come on NOP, surrender your first born...I mean...your first round pick!

Shabazz a UFA. He might be cheap and a descent 3. How much would you offer him? I'd give him 3yr/27m. Highest I'd go with him is 3yr/36m
