it seems like Minnesota is trying hard to get rid of Al Jefferson. Why don't we go after him? or is his health a concern as well as his ability to play next to lopez? i mean i think it could work something like Duncan-Robinson used to work something like this can sure work, lets be honest sometimes we just struggle to score even when we have a good team.

Kills all that we are trying to do this summer. he isnt worth his salary at this point, and not worth moving off the summer plan.

Do you have a link for that or is that what Minny fans are saying on their board they'd do if we wanted Al Jeff?

Either way, that deal makes no sense whatsoever for me. While we keep our Max Contract space, we now have no true PG on our roster. Unless we're running the triangle next season, you still need a true PG running the ISO heavy system Avery uses. It just be plugging one hole, and creating another.

On the Minny side of the equation, WHY WOULD THEY TRADE FOR ANOTHER PG? I'm gonna pretend you just made that offer up off the top of your head because it doesn't make any realistic sense unless either Flynn is coming our way or we're getting Rubio's rights along with it. Plus, based on the rumors I've read on possible destinationes (so far Memphis, Detroit and Toronto), they're not gettign Dollar for Dollar for Al Jeff so I can't believe we'd give up the #3 in this scenario at all. The Memphis deal rumors was that Minny would immediately buy Z-Bo out. So why the hell would we offer a PG who can play at an all-star level AND the #3 pick?

It just doesn't make sense.

Link? My understanding was that the Twolves are pretty much giving him away. ! rumor said Prince? So no, i would not want him if that the offer, but i do want him if he can be had for nothing.

The Hell to the No people. What exactly makes Al Jeffs no defense, injury prone 3 years of $45mil any worst then locking up a no defense injury prone Amare or Boozer for 5 years and even more money?

I'm not even an Amar'e fan in the slightest, but I still take him over Jefferson in a heartbeat.

Unreal. Ask him if he think we should consider asking KVH to come out of retirement. I just think he would give cap space to anyone.

Hey! Keith Van Horn is welcome here any time he wants to make a comeback! For the vet min once we make all our other signings. And he probably ain't getting much burn either.

I know...i got that. i was playing back at you. Saying...if KVH wasnt low enough use of Demens ideas for wasting cap space...see if he wants to give it to Yinka.

As that he died...I figured you would have gotten my dark humor and slap down of Demens...the man who would give cap room to just about anyone other than Lebron. I think if he had his way...he would sign the guy in the Sly suit to be our next SF.

I was wondering.. If you guys land Boozer, Amare or Bosh via free agency signing and if Gay-Bron-Wade signed with other teams. Would you guys be interested in trading Favors + Dooling for Iguodala + Lou Williams + Future 1st rounder?

Nets:
Devin Harris/Lou Williams
Courtney Lee/Terrence Williams
Iguodala/Terrence Williams
Bosh?/Yi Jian Lian
Brook Lopez/Josh Boone
