Sorry rich about that....

BTW, Prelude, wasn't Pritch hired to be the GM in 2007? Or did he get hired GM post-draft?

EDIT: To Jersey Generals:

That's average for a player whether he's been there 2 years (which he has, I didn't include his rookie year) or being a ten year vet, just because their younger doesn't make it not average. Average is average, Oden's stats is just more impressive because it shows that he's got potential, but nonetheless it's still average.

By all accounts from Portland fans, Pritch was almost entirely responsible for drafting Roy and Aldridge and he adamantly urged the GM to take Paul or Deron Williams with their pick instead of trading for the high schooler, Martell Webster.

Okay, if you feel that way, that's fine, but you're taking away context to his stats.

I understand what you're trying to say, but at the end of the day, his stats does show potential, but at the same time in this moment in time, they're average stats.

That's not entirely true, Kevin McHale got played for a fool, when the Twolves staff talked him into Randy Foye's half pint self. Roy had concerns surrounding his knees, Wolves had a deal in place with another team, the Blasers found out and took Foye, causing the Wolves FO to make a stupid deal.

I mean, I don't want to keep going on this, because it's really not all important, but his stats are in 23 minutes. Give him 36 minutes, he's averaging a double/double. Along with the potential to lead the league in blocks. Even with just 23 minutes, his numbers are nearly identical to Al Horford, who was an All-Star. That, to me, is not average.

Anyway, I'm starting to think Favors won't be traded.

The Rockets were the other team, if I recall correctly.

Oden, IMO, is far from average. In fact, when healthy and not fouling 4 times in 3 minutes, he's pretty damn dominant.
My problem with Oden, is I don't think he'll ever be healthy.
If he was, he's likely a perrenial top 5 center if not top 3.

Oeden could become very special. Not ready to call him average..or even OK...I am with you. But...no question...Durant>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.oden (lower case) at this point.

Hmmm, someone that actually knows what he's talking about. What do you know.

Btw, comparing Pritcahrd to arguably the best GM in the league in Presti pretty much speaks for itself.

Agreed, I don't think he'll be healthy being mobile and agile. I think he'll be okay in a few years as a lumbering center, which ruins his mystique.
I don't plan on getting very involved in this argument, but I would like to say one thing:

Batum is a fantastic prospect and already solid player and legit starter.

He's going to be a rich man's Tayshaun Prince and that my friends is a perrenial All Star
And what does a rich version of a player who has averaged 14, 5, 2 thru out his career look like?
