According to 95.5 in Portland, Travis Outlaw has agreed to a deal with the Nets for a 5 years $35 Million contract
Hadn't seen it reported anywhere else, so I figured I would drop it in here. 95.5 is usually spot on when they report something

There you go, there goes the "big splash", there goes the sign. Bron probably already called Jay and told him about his decision.
Please take that billboard down because im embarrassed by it. Now, how am i gonna show my face to the people i know? Just last week, my head was up high and bragging about this team, proud about that damn billboard. Now what?!?!!
And what the hell is this Tyrus Thomas im hearing about?!?!!
Uuurrrgggghhh!!
Im calling out sick!!!

I was shocked to how much the Nets paid Outlaw while he was injured most of the time this past season. I feel bad

WOW I would have been happy if we came away signing Boozer or Lee.Even Mike Miller WTF.Now we're going to end up with an injury prone Outlaw and a headcase TyThomas.

I don't know why we did this at all.
Twill is our starting 3 period unless we think his shot improved enough to pay him at the 2 and want Damion James coming off the bench. Maybe we're looking to package Lee out of town.

What are you talking about? Thats Travis' only major injury in 7 years. He didnt play alot when he first came into the league because he was raw. But he wasn't injured all that much

Wait is it 25 or 35 mil?
I would much rather have given that to Korver even though he is older. Could have probably been had for 4 years 20-25 per.

They'll probably use Twill of the bench since he can play 3 positions. Now i wish we traded for Granger wow I really can't believe we didn't come away with at least Boozer or Lee.

This makes sense at all. Unless there is a trade to follow...makes absolutely NO SENSE.

I like Travis Outlaw, but I don't get this for the Nets. I hope it's $25 mill.

if it's $35M i'd say this is a dumb signing
if it's 25M i'd say this is a cheap signing but still a dumb signing
