havent seen him play much but he seems like a really good shooter. Would be nice to have a threat off the bench.

This is so pathetic. Kyle Korver got 3 years 15 million and he was ufa. The Warriors are gonna match. NETS ARE SO CHEAP ITS MAKING ME SICK.

is that a serious post? I would much prefer this guy to Korver. He's athletic and 24 years old. Korver can do 1 thing and 1 thing only. Plus Im sure he wanted to go to a veteran team and not a rebuilding team. As for Golden St matching here's what Woj thinks.

With the franchise in financial flux because of an impending sale and having just committed $80 million to forward David Lee(notes), the Warriors aren’t expected to spend to keep Morrow.

You serious, dude? Korver is what he is. Morrow has room to improve his defensive ineptitude.

I love Korver and much rather would have had him.

With that said, i'm still thrilled that we're probably getting Morrow. We needed a shooter above all else and he's been pretty efficient for GS.

Love this signing if it goes through, but I'd be surprised if Golden State doesn't match. I realize the ownership flux/potential issues after giving Lee $80 million, but after already trading away Maggette/Azubike can they really afford to lose another wing?

Morrow is An athlete as well who can get up and down the floor.....I guess we must be using a run and gun style offense with a scrambling fullcourt press defense.....Morrow over Korver anyday..................................However I am really questioning our moves? I hope We have something in the fold.....Maybe Courtney Lee will be on his way out with this signing....Trade in the wind?

This is awesome if GSW doesn't match!

Best thing I've heard about this team in days!

I love this kid. I hope we grab him. This would be a steal. He's got a future and he's more than a shooter. Watch his this year and you will see.

I like what we are attempting to do this off-season. We haven't been successful at every attempt but this one would be a very helpful signing.

I like this signing. Morrow is a stone-cold gunner, and we'll need to make teams pay if they're going to sag on our young post players and our slashers.

hes had numerous 20+ pt games....and also 30+pt games...and im sure some remembered his famous 37pt 11reb game as a first time NBA starter

Haha, I was wondering where he came from.
I remember very occasionally seeing him post on here, but I never recalled him being here much in the past, yet he has a ton of posts and keeps claiming the Nets as his team, lol.

Yeah, I like Morrow a lot. I have had League Pass for years upon years now and GSW and Portland were the West coast teams I watched the most the last few years and Morrow was a joy to watch on offense, although his defense was downright awful at times...

Whoa. I appreciate and love your optimism, but easy now. :)

I like it. He's obviously not a great defender by any means but his dMULT has him at only a little below average. He's obviously a legitimate gunner from deep on top of that. 4 million a year for only 3 years seems completely reasonable. I hope GSW doesn't match.

Ideally for me the Nets stop spending this off-season right now unless it's on one year contracts or legitimately impact pieces. I like Morrow and Outlaw (Outlaw the player, not the contract) but it's best for the team to just cut it now and try and maintain cap flexibility.

Agreed.
