The Celtics have hired ex-Nets coach Lawrence Frank as an assistant on Doc Rivers' staff, league sources say. He replaces Tom Thibodeau.
Only this time... He's working for the enemy

Now if you look like you should be playing football for one of the Dillon teams on Friday Night Lights or an extra on Hoosiers or played for a Carolina team...you go to UTAH!

Haha, Frank chasing Scalabrine to Boston lol!
But yeah, I can see him being a good assistant. Assistant coaches teach philosophy and I think that if you give him an assignment to put defenses in place, he'd be pretty good. He just doesn't have the tools to be a HC though.
