The one weird thing about this is that it seems that Rod left because he needed to spend more time with his wife. You'd think thatt would be a "I'm leaving no matter what" decision. But since he says that he would've stayed if the Nets got LeBron, I wonder what he would've told his wife if it did happen.

"Hey honey, I would've loved to retire to be with you but there's this young man who's so special that I can't just leave him for someone else. I must be there for him" lol.
