We have a franchise C and we have Favors who will turn into a franchise pf within 2 years.

So what we need to win a championship is 2 things and we have the pieces to get them today, plus we have cap space.

1st. What we need is a pass first pg who makes people better and is not a scoring pg and is a true pg to set up and go threw Favors and Lopez.

2. We need a sg who can create and be a 20 point a game allstar caliber sg. Now me personally I think Terrance Williams can fit that bill but infortuantely Avery doesn't even see him as a starter.

So here are some idea's that are actually possible due to them being not untoachable and some on the block even.

Another idea would be since Parker is gonna be a free agent and with Hill they are said to be shopping him.
We offer Lee and Harris for Parker, this will give space for Williams to show he can be that 20 or close to 20 point a game scorer and Parker is used to getting intto the big guys. If they insistant on Williams I say give it to him because James will be a 15 points a game guy and Lee would be perfect with a trio of Lopez-Favors-Parker with a defensive stud in Lee who can knock it down and James and Favors and Lopez would control all the boards.

I think another good idea to make us contenders sooner then later would be taking Sessions for free. They want to give up Sessions which we take and they we combine Harris and Twill for Eric Gorden who will be an allstar 2.
I believe Sessions who can be a pass first pg can average if starts 17 and 8 plus Gorden is gonna be a 20 point 5 assists guy.

In 3 years lets say for example we go with the Mayo deal

Lopez-23 points 10 rebounds 2 blocks
Favors 17-20 points 10 rebounds 1.5 blocks
James-I think he will outplay all the 3's we have and get 14 and 8 rebounds.
Mayo-20 points, deadly with alot of open shots from the 2 bigs and is unselfish
Conely-12 points but probably with his passing ability 9 assists on this team.

When a team has 2 dominant bigs a wing who can take over games and score at anytime and a pg who makes people better with a big sf that team will contend and that should be what Billy King brings in. Out of all these trades they are all realistic, all are or have been on block and willl make both teams better.

Im not sure what team would say no to us.

Maybe with the Clippers we would have to do A Davis/Gorden for Harris/Williams which would be worth it for us imo.

With all that said if Avery can make some excellent coaching moves and if Billy King trades let's say Lee for an decent pf they can be completely set.

What Avery would have to do though is

1.Convience Harris to be a running pg who is a pass first pg first and go back to top defenders.
2.Start Terrance Williams and let him improve because he is gonna be a 20 6 and 6 guy.
3.Start Favors off the bat and work with him hard and that way when he is 21 he is an allstar


Like I said there are a couple ways to win a championship and we defenately have the tools for one of the ways.

2 dominant big man who dominant on O boards and D. A real pg who makes others better and a 20 point a game sg who can create for himself and others and get his shot off whenever. They got that.
They got a bench, 3 point shooters and an expierenced coach.

How many wins they win imo is completely on Avery Johnson. A very good coach can get this team in the playoffs this year but within 3 years be a top 4 team in the East.
