Build A Team?

Saw them doing this on the Knicks board and it looked EXTREMELY fun, basically it consists of the 30 NBA teams, we each pick one, theres a lottery and an order, and we start picking off players and building our teams. Afterwards we plug em into 2K10, post the ratings of each team (ratings don´t really matter that much), and just simulate a season. See who makes the playoffs and wins it all, post the results here, MVP, ROY, etc....
We obviously don´t have enough members to do this, so I was thinking why not present this to another board and see if they would like to do it? Possibly do a 3 way with Wolves, and Blazers?
Thoughts?

Btw, do you run a fantasy bball league here? I haven't done one in a few years, those things were fun too.

Yes, we do a fantasy football league and usually two basketball leagues.

Sounds fun, I'm good for it. Hopefully this game gets off the ground, unlike my failed attempt. SMH.

Look for the sign up of both Yahoo FBLs in early Oct...as VC mentioned, we have two different leagues both with live drafts...

Anyone down with doing the whole 2K10 thing and setting it up? No 2k10 here.
Also, which board should I present this to? The Wolves board members are generally pretty down to earth.

Just thought I'd bump this for you guys. We (Wolves) have agreed to participate, if you guys can find 15 people to fill up the EC teams, we have 11/15 committed for the WC.

This is SOUP's thing, but maybe we should spread it out random IMO instead of going by conference?
Eh, honestly whatever works to get the ball rolling and make sure people stay up to date though...
I think we have like 7 on our side already, but I can't scroll to the very beginning of the thread while replying.
