But i have lived in NJ for all of my life, just curious to see if any posters live in my area.

I live in middlesex county, South Plainfield NJ.

Carteret...it's the home of a secluded burger joint called Burger Express. I would demand you visit it and order a Locomotive and Cheese Fries. Much more expensive than a normal fast food restaurant, but man is it good. And if you still hate it, there's a bar on the upper floor.

I lived in New York my whole life, but I have family in Paterson, NJ and have been to Dover, NJ to attend a filming of the movie called 'The Wrestler' starring Mickey Rourke. I was an extra in the final scene.

Oh no way! I love that movie! I hate that it was filmed in Jersey and I had no idea it was happening.

never heard of it but Carteret isn't too far from me, i think i may check it out some day. 5 guys has some gooood burgers.

I have one less than five minutes from where I work in Exchange Place. I eat there for lunch if I'm short on time. My usual is a Bacon Cheeseburger w/ lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, barbecue sauce and a regular order of Cajun fries.

Yeah, 5 Guys is pretty clutch.

Yeah Rourke is a super cool guy, very down to earth. Marissa Tomei was shorter then I expected but she's hella hot!

There was a Tex-Mex type place that my Aunt/Uncle took me to once not far from there (off of a highway)...best clams I EVER EVER had.

My Uncle plays Minor-League Baseball there.
