I love Curry, but I'm not ever giving up Lopez or Favors for him.
And my personal opinion: If we went and got Curry, Avery Johnson MUST GO. Having a PG like Curry will not work in this offense. Harris barely works in this offense to tell you the truth. You need a guy like Chauncey actually to run this offense correctly and effectively (wish he was 3 years younger though).
For a guy like Curry we need to incorporate a more open offense like Don Nelson or D'Antoni runs to be as effective as possible.
I'm not going to talk about Rondo though. 95% of people will disagree with me, but the guy has merely average court vision. Don't get me wrong he is an excellent athlete and becoming a good "decision maker" but court vision is not a strength of his. The idea that he has court vision is thanks to defenses trying to bend and not break when you have Allen, Pierce and KG on the court together. Again, not trying to knock on Rondo's overall game, but I pray that one day post big 3 era in Boston, people will realize, while Rondo is still a top 10 PG in the game, court vision is not his strength. He's a product of his system in that respect. Again, everything else about his is developing nicely and I'm surprised because his PG ability was so raw coming out of college. Court vision is hard to learn though. You have if or you don't. He's got a good grasp, but when this era is done in Boston, he won't be putting up those Nash-like assist numbers unless they team him up with 2-3 more hall of famers.
