Avery Johnson

If this team does not improve with Dwill this season then he should be fired this summer. Deron williams is a great point guard that can score and make his teammates better. This is not a bad team. Brook is a good player and should be better than he is right now and I blame two people harris (who is already gone and Johnson). Morrow is a top three point shooter, hump is a great rebounder and energy guy, farmar is showing that he is a very solid back up point guard and sasha is a great sixth man. We have the tools to win and now with a point guard that can run an offense and get players baskets there is no reason to lose.

The only reason they will fail is if Avery doesn't change the offense a little. This is the worse offense in the league. they are second to last in scoring.

They better improve or Avery better be gone this summer.

your wrong this current team is terreble. dwill is nice, but outside of that cmon son. lopez is a good offensive player but getting 5 rebounds from ur center is laughable. no interior presence whatsoever and as for morrow hes nice, farmar is a bench guy. your 2-3 good pieces away from contending
theres a new tank commander in town

did you watch the games this season? well I didn't miss one and the offense that this team runs his horrible. every game and almost every possession the guards would walk the ball up and the nets would run 2 or 3 pick and rolls and not go anywhere. Then they would get to about 9 or 8 seconds on the shot clock and either harris would force a dribble drive and lose the ball or give it to lopez in the post with barely enough time left on the clock for him to do anything.

Now I would say that it was the players not running the offense right but this happened every possession. Every Possession. now if it's the player that aren't running the offense right or not good enough to run that offense then the offense needs to be changed. A good coach fits his style of play into the strengths of his team.

If it isn't the players and it's the offense then the offense still needs to go.

so either way it's the offense that is the problem. Who decision is the offense THE COACH. The nets didn't lose all those games because they brook didn't get 10 rebounds a game they lost because they couldn't score. Look at the stats. THey are second to last in scoring. They aren't too bad at defense. They only give up 98 ppg. That is 16th in the league. Middle of the pack. The giant problem is that they can't score. Now with players like harris that are really good at going to the basket and scoring and players like brook that are really good at post scoring and guys like morrow and sasha and farmar that are really good outside shooters You would think they could have scored more per game than 92 ppg.

The nets are a horrible offensive team. If Dwill doesn't help that then the offense needs to go. If Johnson refuses to change it then he is not a good coach and either can't coach his players to learn the offense and run it in the game or he his offense just stinks.
