Seems to have come out of nowhere if that's the case.

At least we get to keep some of the regulars who threatened to jump ship if the name "Nets" were dropped with the move to Brooklyn.

OK, that means all 11 of us move on forward strong to Brooklyn!!!! We go hard!

I didn't care about whether or not we were changing the team name.

All I want to know is what our jersey designs will look like and when we can start buying Brooklyn Nets apparel.

Finally it's offical I'm glad they kept the name. I wouldn't have jumped ship but it would have put a damper on it for me.

Remember years ago when NJ got a Hockey franchise and there were polls and finally a vote in the papers. I didn't think in a million years the "Devils" name would win but it did and the rest is history. IMO your not going to get better names than the "Devils and Net's".

Blue and Orange. Maybe some black and white thrown in, too.

In other words, I think they should just do a really bad photoshop stealing of the Knicks logo. Slap a Brooklyn over the New York, and a Nets over the Knicks. And when I say really bad, I mean really bad. As in you should be able to see the the K and the S of the Knicks, and only have the Nets portion covering the "nick". Think like putting tape over it. That would be sweet.
