I like to catch a couple of games a year, but I'm also on a tight budget. Any suggestions?

I ordered up discounted lower end section next week's opening night for myself for and family from goldstar, we will get them day-of from the will-call window. I never tried them before. Seems a good deal. I hope it is actually good.

Stubhub is your best bet. The only time I called the Nets directly was for season tickets or for special seating like in the luxury boxes or for courtside seats. I called last week and got 2 for 1 courtside for opening night. So for any of you haters that want to bash on me at the Hawks game I will be second row courtside near the foul line across from the team benches (not sure if the Nets or Hawks bench though) wearing a deron williams jersey with a backwards nets cap sitting with supermodel filipino wifey. cost me 700 for both tickets row BB, first row AA was 1400 per ticket....... too rich for my blood.

I guess to start off, what type of tix / price range per ticket are you looking for?

I'm very cheap. I don't care about the opponent, just having a good time being at a Nets game in person (instead of watching on TV).

Most of my Nets games have been ~$10 for upper level Meadowlands for less popular games (easy to scoot to the front of the section) or on promo days. I'll spend up to $50/tix for good deal.

I once even got free tickets waiting on ticketoffice line to get tickets on the day, and some guy came up to me and just gave me 2 upper level tickets. Thanks guy!

Use stubhub, there were lower level seats for the Hawks game going for about $25 dollars a piece not too long ago, sometimes it's best to check a few days before the game as that's when people who know they're going to miss the game but have tickets panic and sell them for dirt cheap.
