steve nash singlehandedly makes trash a .500 team in the Western Conference. he's still a more impactful player than LMA and Love.

Nash imo is the best PG left, and is the best offensive player left (kind of easily too). I'd understand taking Love if he was a two-way big man, but his main contribution is through offense as well. His defense is a bigger liability than Nash's imo.

Is Nash really better then Westbrook or Rondo at this point in his career?

Why not? Just because he's old doesn't mean he's not good anymore.

He just averaged a super-efficient 13/11 and had the Suns barely missing a playoff spot in a very competitive West. The Suns had a top 10 offense this year. And that supporting cast was trash.

I just don't see Rondo anywhere close to Nash. The Celtics were the 27th ranked offense in the league this year, with a much better supporting cast than Nash had. And when Rondo missed games, the Celtics didn't miss a beat. When Nash isn't playing...the Suns lose to us.

Rondo plays in a system that heavily inflates assists, and like I've said before, there's no way you can watch Nash/Deron/Paul and then watch Rondo, and then honestly think Rondo is on their level. They legitimately create offensive opportunities out of nowhere, and spoon feed teammates. Most of Rondo's assists come from feeding Pierce or Allen off screens, or hitting KG/Bass on the pick and pop, or waiting until KG gets fantastic post position and then hitting him. That's not Rondo being an elite floor general, that's playing with elite shooters that will get theirs with or without Rondo.

I know I was on the Westbrook bandwagon before, but thinking about it now, why not Nash? What argument is there against him other than the fact that he's old, and like you said, this isn't about what they're going to do 2-3 years from now, it's about currently, and currently, Nash is still an elite PG, top 4 in the league imo.

love is better than LMA smh... that being said if the last two years are any indication, kevin love could be talked about as one of the best PFs of all time. Dudes so young and has a combination of skill sets that NO one else has in the game today. Over 20 point scorer, 15 rebounds AND shoots 40% from three is pretty much unparalleled in history

Yet his team went 17-65. Just to put that into perspective, The Nets this year won 5 more games in 16 less games with Kris Humphries as the second option.
