Is Teletovic a SF or PF?

Just curious if you's view Teletovic as a 4 or 3.

From what I've seen, he reminds me of a Peja type player.

No way he's a 3. He's a 4 definitely.

He's a 4.

More athletic and probably a little better ballhandling version of Ryan Anderson.
