Should we get D'Antoni to coach BK?

We have a top 5 PG, Joe Johnson who was killing in Pheonix under D's system, Blatche @ Teleovic who may be good in pick and pop, and a center who can knock down midrange.

LOL we need him to bring that disdain of the Knicks....he'll want to stick it to the Knicks organization and be successful. We can use his motivation albeit its follies.

OR...we could look for a coach that will show leadership like Mike Woodson is doing.

D'antoni with Melo/Chandler/Amare over 1 1/2 seasons: 26-38

Woodson with Melo/Chandler/Amare over 1 1/2 seasons: 22-6

Stick it and being successful = winning games and doing better in the playoffs.

Yes, if the front office just wants to be a playoff contender. If they want this to be a title contender then no.

D'Antoni should be like an assistant offensive coach...and be not allowed to touch anything else within the team.

You don't want dantoni- he doesn't make any in game adjustments and puts no thought into defense or rebounding. Awful choice if you want to be decent

This team isn't really built to run and gun. They should however be able to pound you around the basket in the half-court.

I'm not against this team running more, but this isn't a high octane super-fast team.
