Has Deron Williams been involved in the key matchup for pretty much every game, lol?
This would be HUGE if we were able to pull it off. Beating the Clippers, Knicks, and the Celtics in Boston (this time with Rondo so there wouldn't be any excuses), and there's no way anyone can question how legit we are.
I really wish D-Will was healthy though and actually shot the way he's capable of in addition to the way he's passing, because all of these people that are suddenly questioning him as an elite PG are really bugging me.

It's annoying me, because over the last 3 games, Deron has proved himself to be an elite PG, despite understandably struggling with his shot. His playmaking has been outstanding, and the biggest surprise has been his effort on defense.

^He's actually playing a lot like Rondo last year...poor scoring, but great passing and solid defense. The difference is, he's still a much more aggressive scoring threat than Rondo was, and he's still someone whose jumper the defense still has to respect, even if it has been off.
But instead of getting hyped up a ridiculous amount like Rondo was last year, he gets called out and his injuries are ignored.

That Deron thread in the GB is full of BS agendas. Trying to dismiss DWill's injuries which affects his performance, downplaying him in being a factor to the team's recent winning surge.
Last season, it was our team record they're bashing since it's a more convenient subject for them...
And, I don't get to see the Lopez is overpaid hate, since he's performing at an almost All-Star level right now...

This should be a good game... the Celtics' fans are really annoying and dismissive as if they're the best team in the East.

The Celtics don't have 39 year old Jason Kidd so we should win this easily.

I read their gamethread last night and nearly choked on my drink. How the hell are they going to blow us out with Rondo if they couldn't even get past Orlando without overtime?
They are 4-3 at home, they are 23rd in defense, they are incredibly inconsistent and their new parts aren't that good either.
We are head and shoulders above them right now and the fact they are acting so entitled with the way they are playing for a so called "Atlantic Division leader" like they boasted and bragged about shows their ignorance and stupidity. They will get their ass handed to them every time they step foot in NYC. They need to stop. Really.

I still won't sleep on Boston and I hope our guys don't either.
Technically the Celtics should squeak out a win at home, but I'm hoping we keep the high level play up and take them out.
I'd say we're the better team and that goes back to my thoughts before the season, but it's not like Boston isn't a mid 40's to low 50's win playoff squad and they're home.
This will be another great statement win if we can get it.

Just because others are cocky and prideful doesn't mean we have to be. That always sets you up for excuses, which you'll later be resented for.
Any team can lose any game during the regular season, so let's not act like there's no possible way we can lose. I'm confident that we can win, but I don't think it's best to trash talk everyone especially when the season is so young.
We have a lot of games left. Let's sit back and enjoy (well, as long as Avery allows us to enjoy) the ride.
