I have a feeling we're going to get lit up by Durant, Westbrook, and Martin, that D-Will will have another trash game shooting the ball, that JJ does his typical disappearing act, and that we lose this game by not an insignificant amount.

We just didn't look good at all in that 2nd half against Miami, that was ugly.

They were playing their 3rd game in 4 nights and 5th game in 7 nights... For OKC's game they'll have 2 days rest. They'll be fine.

Statistically the Nets have been excellent and locking teams up from the perimeter, they have one of the best three-point defenses in the league, the downside of the Nets consistently running other teams off the three-point line is that it's led to them getting score on around the basket off of drives from opposing guards...

So what worries the most isn't what Kevin Durant will do to the Nets (I think the Nets will shut him down for stretches, and there will be other stretches where he gets his), it's more so what Westbrook is going to do with no Brook Lopez to alter shots at the rim.

The Nets have also been abysmal at guarding the pick and roll, so if any of the Thunder players can get in sync with Ibaka it's going to be a long night...

Offensively the Nets need to take smart shots. They took way too many threes last game... Slow the pace and pound it inside. As ugly as it is, that is the Nets style.

That painting picture of the Nets starting 5 is pretty sweet. Where is that from, and are there others like it?

brook being out really kills us against good teams. blatche is playing with alot of heart but when he plays extended minutes he really kills you out there offensively. we might be able to get away with going small against okc.

either way, we need to find ways to score if we are going to win. defensively i think we will continue to get after it. westbrook doesnt scare me. id deny/double the ball out of durants hands and make westbrook shoot it 30+ times and live with the result

You're saying as if Blatche hasn't been productive in the last two games. He has noticeably stepped up his game in Brook's absence and kept the typical "Blatche moments" to a minimum. He scored 20 in the last game on good shooting %. Give him some credit for once.

Lopez being out hurts our bench more than our starters.

Yes. But to say that he kills you out there offensively, when the last two games have proven to be contrary to that point is just blind hatred.

he certainly didnt play well the last 2 games. he really kills the flow of the offense. scoring is nice, less so when it comes with major sacrifices.

9 to 12 point loss. This team needs to prove that they can put together 4 qtrs against upper echelon teams. What took place the other night was embarrassing

I will be watching with great intrigue tonight. KD is my 2nd favorite player in the league. The Westbrook vs. Williams match up should be interesting too. I like the Nets bench to be give them the edge tonight.

This should be another good test against an elite team to see exactly how far off Brooklyn truly is from being taking seriously across the league.
OKC Thunder fan, too.

Only 3 big men tonight are Blatche, Hump and Mirza.. Probably going to get murdered on the boards, hopefully they can keep it close.

Wow, huge loss. I blame the schedule makers for booking that stupid Florida road trip in November. Do that crap in March. Now, we have to rely on Wallace, Hump, Mirza, Blatche. Smh.

I'm not going to call anything a loss because of losing Reggie. We need to start building some faith into our home court and team. It's going to be key to simply keep the Thunder in halfcourt. That's all. OKC's bigs are Ibaka, Perkins, Collison, Thabeet. No offensive threats other than Ibaka's jumpshot. We are getting a huge break compared to Golden State's bigs.
