hahaha at that Artest and Avery gif.

I really don't like Reggie in the starting lineup either. I think Hump needs to be a starter again now that Lopez is back.

Funny GT picks LOL!

Love the choking hazard!

And I agree with MacGyver. Reggie should not be starting. Leave him in his bench role.

Winnable game. Let's just hope there are no blown leads, and coaching mistakes to aid another lost.

The Jazz remind me of the Bulls in a sense.

Not uber-talented, but they have quite a few players that are very solid, and they beat with a good team effort, and play with a lot of heart.

No excuse for dropping this game imo, but they're a good team.

Go for it. Maybe, we can win some games for a change with a new GT maker.

Hump is back as a starter tonight. I like it personally; him and Brook are a good combo. Reggies better off the bench. He brings that spark to the bench.

For some reason, I don't have a good feeling about this game. Hope I'm wrong and this is one of those games that Deron comes out an dominates since it's verses his old team.

I just find it extremely ironic that the day after D-Will talks about the offense not being what it should be, Avery starts saying "Oh, we'll call more plays like D-Will had at Utah".

Mr."Tough Skin" got all soft when his PG put him on blast for not realizing that the offense should be much better then it should be.

Avery doesn't have 'tough skin', he's got a 'hard head'.

I don't know if I should be happy or terrified of Deron's power within this organization.

Positives:

Can call out the coach willingly when something is obviously not working.
No coach can implant there 'system' without consulting the "star" player.
Mikhail Prokhorov would be forced to make changes at the top if Deron becomes unhappy which would prevent a Brian Colangelo like situation here

Negatives:

He's a s****y leader and will easily place blame on others despite his own shortcomings.
His input so far has produced the Deshawn Stevenson signing and the Joe johnson trade... ughh..
Never good when a team caters to a player just to keep him happy. Can be detrimental to team chemistry seeing a guy not give s*** most nights given so much power.

Not sure about that. He has admitted, he's holding the team back, he said we can be a great team and he's not producing and he blames himself first.

He sulks about it too much rather than forget about it within the game which is his problem. You can't get sad you can't shoot it or you didn't draw a foul in the midst of a game.

It was reported that King called Deron to ask him how he felt about Joe Johnson. Only until Deron gave it's approval did King accept the trade.

Also doesn't anyone remember the Oe Ohnson interview this summer?

Maybe it was on the Association?

Deron called him and asked him how he'd feel about playing with him for the Nets and Joe told him(and I closely paraphrase), "There's no way anyone's going to trade for me with my contract..."

I think it was Billy's idea, or Ferry, but it was run by Deron and he loved it and gave his blessing.

I could have sworn in the association Billy King said that he told Deron first that they traded for JJ.

I had to stop, I just couldn't control the laughter. It has so many layers to it. Good ass game, oblivious as to why people are clowning him, FINALLY noticing and going on this hilarious tirade, then again referencing 'ass' without noticing.

It's perfect.
