Got the thread up early, that's what I like to see! This is going to be a tough game to start this rough road trip.

Nationally televised game= Gerald Wallace playing good in the first quarter convincing viewers that he's still got it then completely sucking the rest of the way aka a Nets blow out loss

I forgot this game was on National Television. Doesn't bode well for us. Here's hoping Deron continues his fantastic play, which shouldn't be hard... he'll be guarded by mike freaking james.

We didn't exactly **** the bed the last time we were nationally televised, we lost a close one to the Grizzlies with Deron putting on a superstar performance, and I believe that was without JJ. We lost at the end because of terrible coaching.

I really don't think the Mavs are that good, tbh. Don't know how we lost the first time around, but we should win this.

it doesnt matter if the mavs are good or not, we lose to poor and below average teams all the time. this game is absolutely critical on such a long road trip. I hate this matchup for us... Kaman can score and lopez struggles against centers who take it to him offensively, and their gaurds can get in the lane. i see a loss, in a heart breaker

101-92 mavs, but tis a 1 possesion game late

I see a win, Williams and Johnson to ball out, Evans and Wallace to miss everything around the rim and Lopez to go Dirk style hitting some fade away one step j's when we'd rather see Brook banging in the paint.

We must find a way to turn this probable loss into a win tonight.

Dallas with all it's problems this season is still 32-35 in the tough Western Conference so I expect, especially with the Mavericks at home and Cuban leading the "I Love D-Will" parade, a very tough matchup tonight but the Nets have to find a way to win these kind of games if they want to be considered serious contenders in the playoffs.

Not a must win but an important stepping stone never the less.

I think we can take this game if Deron consistently gets to the FT line. It's going to slow the game up and he should have no problem either getting past or posting up mike freaking james

I don't think ever seen a team that turns what should be blowouts into competitive close games and games that are tough but still winnable into blowout losses.

That being said, we really need to win tonight to prove to ourselves and to others that we're actually a legit playoff team. Whenever I try to put my faith in this team, they always fail me. I'm hoping for a change.

D-Will has been consistently good of late. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for JJ or Brook. We have the talent to be a dominant offensive team and put up points even against the best defensive teams, but we never play like it.

I hope Reggie picks up 2 quick fouls immediately.

I would throw the Mavs off by crossmatching Gerald on Dirk and Reggie on Crowder and see what happens

D-Will is gonna go off tonight.

It's hilarious that most of us see the same results for this game lol just shows how much of a fail BK backcourt has been with all this inconsistency
