OT: Build my workout playlist

I run or lift in the mornings. i need a new playlist of songs, but keep ending up with the same mixed. Can you guys throw out any suggestions? I prefer Rap or something upbeat, fast and motivating regardless of genre.
Good Example:
Brooklyn Zoo - ODB
Bad Example:
Wake me up before you go, go - WHAM
have at it. VC4P im looking at you on this one...
