I think it'll be between the Hawks, Wizards and Cavs for the final two spots in the East playoffs. I believe Dennis Schröder is going to be a big help for the Hawks this season with a really nice PG combo between Teague and him plus I like Horford and Millsap.

The Wizards will get better as the season goes on, again I love their big men combo of Gortat and Nene. Keeping everyone healthy is going to be huge for the Wizards.

1st round matchups:

Biggest potential to cause an upset in the East is the Pistons. They have crazy size with skilled big men but their biggest problem will be spacing and keeping J-Smoove's shots in check. If they were able to get a legit SF and rotate Drummond, Monroe and Smith at the 4 & 5 they would be so much better. A team that could get really hot any night or over a playoff series and cause any team in the East a real problem.

I'm just not a Pistons believer, I think they rack up 30 something wins but not enough to make the playoffs.

Also not sure I believe in the Wizards staying healthy anymore and I have my continual doubts on Wall, if I can change anything I'd directly swap the Hawks in Wasington's place at 7, with Washington being the 9 seed or Milwaukee missing as the 9 and Washington being the 8.

Heat still sweep whoever they face, Atlanta goes down 1-4 to us.

Anything lower than the 2nd seed would be a disappointment to me.

i dont care when we play them, i just want the highest seed possible. we are going to need to get through the best teams either way. the goal of reaching the ECF went out the window when we made the trade, now its finals or bust imo

I feel the opposite. I think the Pistons will be a legit 5-6 seed. I like their team format. They will have spacing problems but, they have a big front court, they are athletic, and they are most likely top 5 fastest team in the league. With them, it's really all about how their personality mesh together. I see them surprising a lot of team. I think they are the only team outside of the top 4 power house in the east that has a chance to make it in the second round of the playoffs.
